I received product against my order wc71131 of smart wrist watch and would like to complaint that the touch screen is not functioning since i received the watch. I have tried everything but the touch screen is not working. I dont want any replacement. I want refund for this product as i dont trust the brand any more. I need you to resolve this asap failing which i shall have to complaint to consumer grievance cell.
