Smart Wearable Ring — product not working in size is big

Dear sir
I have already raised a complaint it's almost 10 days but havent received any help from ur side... I have ordered for a smart ring but it's a duplicate one it's not working and even the size is big.. I have spent 2500 rupees on it... Its not a small amount. This is like you r cheating the customer i am sending the shipment details please enquire about my item and get back to me or please refund me my money..
