I have placed an order online for smart Wearable Ring. It has been despatch by way of Ecom Express courier service. It as been delivered to me on 29/12/18 vide AWB:[protected] on Cash on Delivery mode. When I checked the product it is fake. It is just a ring. I tried to contact the product company their is no contact details available. I decided to contact the courier company to get the company details but they are denying to provide it. The customer care executive of the company is telling their is no details of the sender available on their data base. I can't able to understand how courier company can able to accept the consignment without having sender details. I am suspecting that courier company and the product selling company may have some tie-up to do the things like this. Please don't buy the fake product & kindly request the concerned govt. officials to track the company to take necessary actions against them not to do like fraud business.
