I want to register my complaint against "smart wrist watch" (https://smartwristwatch.in) for running an online scam by selling cheap/defective products at less price to looting the consumer money.
Post product delivery, they don't reply or listen against the complaint. Tried several times to contact them through email and by choosing contact us option bu failed.
They took looted 2.1k against the cheap and defective product. The return policy is written on the website but there is no option available for return. My payment status is showing "pending" even after 2 days.
Hence, seeking help in this case and want to shut this website asap.
