The watch which smart watch has send looks already used it's not charging nor switching on. The company doesn't have a complain number where i can call plz help me they are thugging people plz take some action it our hard earned money either they give me a replacement or refund the money back they are not even replying on their email address have send them 3 emails...

Product is different from what was shown in the advertisement during placing online order (Order no. Sw47458)

Now the company is not responding on mail and there is no contact number.

Please help me to get the refund and take strong action against this kind of fraud company

My invoice number is sw46875. I have purchased a smart wrist watch w1 which i got on 22/07/119 is not working properly i have requested for contacting 10 times on there website but then also they are not contacting me even their contact number is also not shared on the website. Only one msg is displayed tht is we will contact u soon! But then also they are not contacting they are spam! My money is wasted what to do now plz help me get solved...

On 2.6.19 bought wrist watch on line and received the same on 4.6.19 by blue dart/[protected] by paying rs2099.00

They have sent a watch which is not working.
Unable to charge the unit.
It is a dead watch.
So want my money back....

I have ordered for Smart Wrist Watch on 3rd. June 2019 and received the product on 5th June 2019 vide Invoice No. SW39548 DATED 4th June 2019.

But the watch is not working at all. Not even starting. I have complaint the same day at [protected]@smartwristwatch.in. and requested for return. No reply till date.

I have returned the product vide DTDC delivered on 7th June 2019 at 17.39.

But till date no response...

I want to register my complaint against "smart wrist watch" (https://smartwristwatch.in) for running an online scam by selling cheap/defective products at less price to looting the consumer money.

Post product delivery, they don't reply or listen against the complaint. Tried several times to contact them through email and by choosing contact us option bu failed.

They took looted 2.1k against the cheap and defective...

So try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. I m very disappointed with this type of online services....

The product which i received is not the same as shown in the advertisement. It is damaged and not getting connected to my ios. And this product to me was delivered by an blue dart company. I ordered w2 smart watch order id sw5174 but smart wrist watch unitech arcadia with address office no 814b, sec 49, gurgaon hr 122001 - gstin 06agrpk3785b2z7 has delivered the wrong and cheap watch. Cheat on customer as watch shown in cataloge and actual are totally different in look and specification.
We have couriered the same to the return address but still have not received any refund update.
