I made the payments before 18 months. I m taken to the loan only 1000rs from smartcoin online app but i made the payment 2times means 1time i made 1014rs ref no
(Upi/[protected]/p2a/[protected] yesb0cmsnoc) this account date[protected] and 2time i made the 1271rs upi id[protected] payment recieved by smartcoin financial pvt ltd. Date[protected]. But till now my loan is not closed. I also got the noc from smartcoin financial pvt ltd. My loan is active in cibil credit bureau and my cibil is harmful impact this loan. I many times mailed them this company but did not reply me any thing. Plss resolve my problem because this company is fraud. I m paid to the extra 1271 rs also. Plss refund my money and closed this loan in credit cibil bureau.
