I have paid my loan amount, but still it shows your loan not cleared, my cibil score decreased 100 points I contact support care but no use please solve.its already 1.3 years...

If there are technical issues from your end, the why you people are asking to sign the emandate agreement form.. Once the agreement form is signed then the amount should be transfered to the bank account. When I called to customer care they are simply saying like we are facing technical issues, by month end this issue will get resolved. Till that time will my medical enrgencues hold on.. I need response as soon as possible.....

I have cleared the outstanding amount and applied for new loan. It's been More than 48 hours but the amount is not credited yet.
I've contacted customer service multiple times but there's no response.
If you do not resolve the technical issue, why would you made customer to e-sign and collect all the documents!??

I have not taken any loan they are giving mental torcher and they are telling they will take legal actions, my phone was hacked i have submitted cyber crime complaint also but they are harassing me and telling they will take legal action...
