My name is simran hudda, my registered mob. No [protected] . I have urgent required some money so I have see ur app and continue to my financial journey with u . I have apply a loan as on 29 th nov u have offer me a 25000 ra. For 4 month tenure for a high int and processing charges but still I have need so I have process this offer and all steps complete with e mandate but all process complete payment transfer time 3 hours no payment credit in my account I have call to next day customer care for this he told me wait for 24 -48 hours . But at this time 2 nd December time is cross approx 60 hours but no payment credit in my account . So I have a query this amount is not processed in my account who is responsible for this such a very very bad service ur app . Those purpose I have apply for this he is over so kindly give me rebate and revert as soon as possible for payment credit otherwise I have against a legal action for u rbi banking obdusment . Very very bad.

I have paid my loan amount, but still it shows your loan not cleared, my cibil score decreased 100 points I contact support care but no use please solve.its already 1.3 years

northern arc keep reporting in my cibil that i have not paid in time and the amount as of till date is overdue, i reached out to smart coin they say its a mistake they been rectifying it i would say from the last 3 to 4 months . cibil team try to get in touch with them but there was no response from the lender side hats the response i got from them. every month my cibil is going down ... even if i go eating i pay all my emis in time ... i will be taking legal actions from this very moment

If there are technical issues from your end, the why you people are asking to sign the emandate agreement form.. Once the agreement form is signed then the amount should be transfered to the bank account. When I called to customer care they are simply saying like we are facing technical issues, by month end this issue will get resolved. Till that time will my medical enrgencues hold on.. I need response as soon as possible..

I have cleared the outstanding amount and applied for new loan. It's been More than 48 hours but the amount is not credited yet.
I've contacted customer service multiple times but there's no response.
If you do not resolve the technical issue, why would you made customer to e-sign and collect all the documents!??
You would have reject the application after applying itself.
So far the app is good. But now it's pathetic.
There's no proper response. They are sending Auto generated mails as a reply. For all the queries all the replies are same.
Such a worst experience!!

Hello my name is urvesh patel yes i agree i take loan from them but in this current situation due to my father's transfer in new city i lost my job and in this new city new ambiance i m unable to find job and how can I do job without knowing the place and yes i paid them 25% but due to this critical situation i m unable to pay right now yes i m going to pay in some time i already mail them but they are not listened my word even i mail them but they are not listening me and generate legal notice about me.plz any one support me for this situation if any help.

I have not taken any loan they are giving mental torcher and they are telling they will take legal actions, my phone was hacked i have submitted cyber crime complaint also but they are harassing me and telling they will take legal action
