I ordered a Sony power bank from Smartgazes.com website for which they have sent a dummy power bank which doesn’t work at all. And I have tried to return the products but there is no clear way to send it back. All the methods that has been given in the website site that I have tried has invoked no response from their side.It’s been a week that I have tried to return the products but unfortunately they just receive the complaint and have not acted upon it .
