Smartgazes.com — delivery boy asking for the payment even after I have paid online | |||||
I have purchased product from Smartgaze.com online and paid while ordering. But when the courier Ecomexpress person comes for the delivery he is asking cash of Rs 699 as the entry in their system is showing COD. Also the sticker on the parcel is showing COD. Why I have to pay two times for the same parcel, first online and second on delivery. Order confirmation number is 36274083 Air Way Bill number is[protected] When I tried to contact on the customer care number [protected] it is continuously switched off. Then I sent request on email id [protected]@smartgazes.com, but no reply even after sending daily reminders. Shocking was when I got a call telling they are from customer care and will refund the money. They asked how I have done the payment and need all the debit card details.
