I have invested in Smartowners.com via BLR-NOA-HIL Real-estate and PVT-INR-IMP debentures.
Payments have not been made and the development project seems to behold for forever with excuses like Covid and RERA, for the past 8 years. I am located in USA. Surely there are regulations for the companies issuing debentures.
This kind of behavior does not build credibility for the City of Bengaluru or the state of Karnataka in the international community.
I would like to have my money refunded with the prevailing interest earned included in any settlement to resolve the issue
