I have invested in 2017 and received quarterly payments till April 2022, and we are expected to get quarterly payment.

I had invested huge amount in SmartOwner’s BLR-WHT-GDN project back in 2017. They had promised quarterly payouts and exit after completion of project by 2022. They collected 25 lacs in 2017 on the pretext of making quarterly interest payments which were stopped in-between. The lockin period was 5 years and even after expiry of lockin period by 2022, the money is not refunded till date. Mails & phone calls are in vain and even all the employees seem to have been told not to reply. This is surprisingly happening today when regulations are stringent and everything is transparent. I invested in SmartOwner Bangalores AVS and HIL projects, 8 years ago. The company has failed to meet all promises they have made around completing the projects and exiting the investments. Now they are not reachable too.

I invested in BLR-NOA-HIL project of SmartOwner.com in 2016. I have not received the funds. Now they don't even respond to phone calls and e-mails. In the internet I found a court case mentioning BLR-NOA-HIL project. I feel that I am a victim of Fraudulent company

Any suggestions on how to deal with this situation...

I invested in them in 2016 & Till 2024 NO payouts.
They keep on extending.

I filed rera case & now in front of court they saying:
No RERA approval for project BLR_NOA_HIL
and they dropped the project

When the judge asked how you will refund money to investors - their advocate have NO ANSWER.

I invested in two of their schemes total RS 35 Lakh which is in form of NCDs. For initial two years they paid part interest on that but for the last 30 months they stopped and stopped responding to emails and messages also...

Invested in their above mentioned project with an assured returns of 10% net return with quarterly payout. But unfortunately they stopped paying the assured returns since April, 2022 citing the reason that forensic audit is going against their employees who committed a fraud.

As per the directives of the Hon'ble High court they are not allowed to pay out the returns, but promising that whatever they promised returns and principle...

I have invested in the opportunity provided by Smartowner for the project BLR-WHT-GDN. The company is supposed to pay quarterly interest and stopped paying for many months. Each time they tell me that some audit is happening and will ensure payouts.

Smartowner is a bunch of crooks. Zero transparency. Don't respond to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp. I am planning to file a police complaint of cheating by Smartowner. If you are interested, please contact me....

BLR WHT GDN project

They have stopped paying quarterly payouts . Missed July and October.
They say some audit is happening and they cant pay. The audit is going on for more than 4 months now apparently. The director Diana promised me an exit and then stopped responding to calls and whatsapp

We have invested money in smartowner and they have stopped our quarterly payouts since July 22. All they say is some 3rd party audit is on so payouts are withheld. Does any audit take so long. After repeatedly pestering them they give a copy paste answer. Just want to know what is the truth, so that further action can be initiated...

Quarterly Payment not happen since long time BLR-WHT-GDN.
They excuse somebody had filed court case and hence they can not made payments.

As per agreement, they should provide quarterly payments.

More than 6 years have passed by since i first invested in 2016 in their BLR-NOA-HIL project for a piece of Land and all i have received are false promises of fantastic returns from the start. There are no pictures of the project site and no indication of what they have done with the money. It is clear to me that they have no intention of returning my money. I am not willing to wait any longer. I intend to form an association of current investors...

Smart owner's HIL project is delayed by 4 years. No hope. GdN project stopped paying quarterly payout. All pls form a whatsapp group to address collectively

SmartOwner is cheating company and even not responding to investors due to thier internal company issue. As per our knowledge may be they not handover any properties so far really I did mistake to choose this company....

I invested in SmartOwner bangalore property in 2017.
They assured of paying out after 3 years.

Till now they are not giving payouts.
I filed RERA complaint also - No updates yet.

THE COMPANY IS FRAUD!

Invested with SMARTONWER BANGALORE IN 2015 in lumpsum. Till today, they are giving different reasons and pushing the payouts. No Principle or Interest ??

I invested with SmartOwner through their crowd funding projects in the beginning of 2016, with a promise from them that I will be able to re-sale my unit after 1 year of investment at the market rate of the property.
Its been 6 years since then, I have been constantly in touch with asking them, pleading them unlimited times to please initiate the Re-sale of my property so that I can get that appreciated value...

Have invested in property of noa-hil with smartowner and paid rs. 16.87 lakh on 10-sep-16.
They promised in 2yrs is the duration and will get around 17 lakh as they are investing with big builder (Layout with 100 acrs near devanahalli)
2yrs is the last and will get refund or option to hold the plot in that layout.
The project hasn't even launched and they are saying due to rera, demonitization it's delaying and need...

I have invested through this company into 2 different real estate projects with a management fee running into 2 lakhs. After 5+ years, they have postponed their commitment and not even picking the phone to answer.

It looks like the number of people cheated is high and they are still trapping more innocent people. This company needs to be stopped from cheating more people.

They absolutely do not care about their commitments, sugar coat their failures and keep changing their commitments. Reasons like rera and policy changes are cited to cover their failures. Like everyone...
