Smartron Srt — company unable to provide mobile service

Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased Smartron SRT Mobile
From tata cliq online on 8 Jan 2018 . its delivered me to 12 Jan 2018.
After ten days on dated 22 Jan 2018 mobile was dead. This phone is also gorilla class 3. But in ten days on mobile screen have more scratched.
I submit Smartron SRT mobile at service center ICON TS on dated 27/01/2018.But I'm still awaiting to
short out my problem.Service center said to me that he ordered parts to Smartron Company. When I quarry to Smartron co. about mobile parts they said he send the parts.It's to much taking time to resolve the problem.
