I purchased Apple EarPods (USB-C) from Tata CLiQ on 30 May 2026 for 71, 400 (Order ID:[protected].
The product was later confirmed to be counterfeit by an Apple Authorised Service Centre (F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd., Hubballi). The service centre issued a written service delivery challan stating "Non Genuine EarPods" and denied service because the product was not genuine.

I placed an order on Tata CLiQ on 23 October 2025 for a pair of Nike Downshifter 13 (Blue, UK 8).

I am getting daily call from tata capital and it is causing issue to my mental health and I am not able to concentrate on my work
I have informed them many times to not call and if anything required, I will contact you

I had taken a home loan from Tata Capital in [Month, Year] and during the loan process, I was forced to purchase an insurance policy worth ₹1, 89, 551. Till now the amount is not credited and my phone calls & messages are being ignored. I am even not able to call the customer care number provided in your website because every time I try to call that number I get a message that my number is not registered with Tata Capital for any loan service. I received a call from Tata Capital, and everything was verified the same day(13 June 2023).The same provided the necessary paperwork and received a response from Tata Capital. They assured me that the money will be disbursed in 24 hours.
