I had paid money through credit card and purchased two octa air tv antenna through advertisement on facebook by smarttv123.com on 04/02/18. I had not received the products till now (05/03/18). I had communicated to their customer care but no proper reply. Also i obsevered similar complaints againt the same company in consumer complaints form. I purchased this product by paying 2995/-. Its shear waste of money and time. the said antenna does not work in India and these people are cheating by saying it will catch channel signals, which is not so. please do not buy this product. WASTE OF MONEY

Hi I have ordered this product on February 2nd and yet to receive the product when i contacted the customer care they said that it has reached my country and i need to contact my post office and when i have contacted my post office they said that they haven't got any product in my name. when i said the same to them no response. I have order the product still I did not get very worst service pls don't parchase this item they all cheating.
I too am a victim to this fraud. On 3rd March 2018 I saw a news item of this product offering special concession on buying three units with all tall claims that all paid channels can be viewed with this antenna. I ordered only one piece for trial. After filling the credit card details, the site closed and I received intimation of having paid for 3 items. I did not OK the deal after furnishing the credit card details. I shot mails to Octa Air and requested the Bank to stop payment. Though Bank promised to hold payment for 30 days but the money was deducted from my account. The Bank kept asking me all irrelevant details to prove that my claim is valid and even refused to entertain my complaint saying that it was not from the registered email.
Two days back I received a show cause notice from the customs department threatening to penalize this banned item and confiscating the item which is in their custody. RIDICULOUS IS'NT IT?

I have paid 6900 by sbi card to octa air, february 2018, but no product even after 5 months, several time chat on line but no result, my money gone, Indian govt should have been banned advertise of this co in India, otherwise lot of customer will fell pray to this bogus co.. contacted through e mail, but no reply, .my money gone.

I am also from India and I also ordered this on 1st Match 2018. These people despatched and it reached in Mumbai customs on the month of April and they have values at about 5500/-. As per Indian Customs this is prohibited item and requires licence for use or import. They have sent me notice and I tried to call but they did not lift the phone which was provided and finally I emailed they did not reply to that even and they issued be order of penalty of 2000/- and confiscation of item.
So I think most of the Indian customer please remember that these get stuck at customs and they don even bother to call or send you any kind of letters.
I am filling a case against them I know that I will not win but still trying my best.
