SmartTV123 — product not received

Smarttv123 octa air — not received smarttv123 octa air.

I had paid money through debit card and purchased one smarttv123 octa antenna through advertisement by smarttv123.com on 25/02/2018. I had not received the products till today (On dt.06/04/2018). I had communicated to their customer care via email but no proper reply.
So i sumbit my complaints against the same company in consumer complaints forum & i would like to request the respected forum to initiate refund the amount to me.
