I had ordered W2 Smart Watch which was a dead watch. Charger is not connecting to watch charging plug. It is too loose. I have tried searching there no on website no contact number is mentioned anywhere. I have sent a message over facebook and mail sent on [protected]@smartwristwatch.in but still no reply. It seems my Rs. 2099 got wasted. My invoice no is SW39391, contact me regarding how to refund or replace the watch with the correct one.
I am waiting from last 3 days but still no reply. This shows how much importance is given by this Smartwristwatch.in to consumers. This is so frustrating and shown the bad character of the smartwristwatch.in.
