I was ordered smart watch

Still not delivered...

They shown me Samsung galaxy watch in the photos on their website and I ordered it but they delivered me a Chinese watch worth ₹500. So I put a refund request and they didn't respond at all....

Hi i have ordered sw64077 a watch online paid by internet banking..
The movement i received the watch i decided to return it and i notified on the site with only option of raising query shown many times, even emailed on [protected]@smartwristwatch.in. For getting my return done and refund..
But no revert till time
This is really irritating..

My order id is sw58525 i am trying to contact company but company is not responding. I am contacting regarding return of product. They dont even mention their customer care number. They are fooling people. I have paid 1999 rs i need my refund back i dont need product its fake and not working. Product is not even well boxed. Not in working condition
What dont company provide contact number?? They dont replay to your mails as well....

I had ordered W2 Smart Watch which was a dead watch. Charger is not connecting to watch charging plug. It is too loose. I have tried searching there no on website no contact number is mentioned anywhere. I have sent a message over facebook and mail sent on [protected]@smartwristwatch.in but still no reply. It seems my Rs. 2099 got wasted. My invoice no is SW39391, contact me regarding how to refund or replace the watch with the correct one.

Hi i have ordered watch but its not working only, i am trying to return but they are not responding anything and i keep on submitting form they not yet replied.
If anybody knows proper contact number please share i am totally unhappy with this product and seller, there is no contact number or anything in their website please do help and i am not get anything refund also...

I purchased smart wrist watch online from smartwristwatch.in worth rs. 2099/-. I received courier on 23/05/2019 and trying to start watch but its not in working condition. Also product is totally different from shown on site. Online site showing specification of camera but there is no camera in watch. There is not any contact number on website. Company is doing fraud with customer.

We bought w2 smart watch from that website. But its not working. Touch not worked. The battery is not charging. Bluetooth not functioning well. Totally its useless. We complained to return the product by mail and enquiry form many times.. But they are not respond to our complaint. Its very big loss to us.

Don't buy any product from that website.

We need refund of our payment rs. 2, 099/-

My invoice number is sw21103 i have purchased a smart wrist watch w2 which i got on 19/02/19 is not working properly i have requested for contacting 10 times on there website but then also they are not contacting me even their contact number is also not shared on the website. Only one msg is displayed tht is we will contact u soon! But then also they are not contacting they are spam! My money is wasted what to do now plz help me get solved...
