I have ordered only one product but got two products on different days. I was away home and hence delevary boy handed to my brother who was not aware and took money. The product I got is not at all working and this 2nd one is more like a waste of money. Situation become worst when Customer executive is not responding. I want the refund for both the product. Please help me to get refund.

This product i have ordered, which is purely a fake one different image shown on website and different product delivered very disappointing.
After pulgging this device it makes horrible annoying voice which is he'll irritating for everyone, kindly look into matter and pursue to refund cash paid amount at the earliest i am not satisfied with product.
It seems you guys are fooling people website is so fake they don't even have proper website be aware by such fake people..
Customer care no. Is always off.
You can't contact anyone to speak about issue.
They are not certified anywhere it's all fake.
Big time they fooling people.

I watched a video from smashing commerce on facebook. It has been observed that a machine with the help which all the insect in the house run out away. I ordered that machine by looking at the video. I brought that machine to the house and then use it and see if something is not working means useless. It was shown that some different products were found at the time of getting some different product orders. So return my product and give my money.

This product is very poor. Don't work. No call connect.. Always beasy. Not responding for that matter don't move mosquito. Fake products duplicate things givan by them. Mnot work any type some day after soundare stope. Smashing care not give respons. When i call always line is busy and auto cut. Wrong product and company. One time we by then not responding any type. Iwant refund money any way... If cant i give to msg at consumar cort 4 this site & company

Worst product I have ever seen. When you contact the customer service they will say the same dialogue and they will insist us to use the product. But it's no use. Total waste of money and you will never refunded.
( I have ordered ultrasonic musquito pest repellent but what I received with labelled as room freshener. I have raised a complaint stating that I received the wrong product and it's not same as shown in the add. But the company convinced me that the device is an ultrasonic repellent. The sound from the device is too heavy. It's not usable at home. I have again raised the complaint. But they are teaching me what is ultrasonic in stupid dimension.even the mosquitoes sitting in the device on using for an hour. I have mailed more than 15 times but I rev6the same reply... They are literally thinking customer is a fool)

I want to complain about this product at consumer form,... This product is generating a sound on doubt, but... This sound is not working on any pest... They are stay as they were... No effect at all.

Hi,
I have ordered (Order id AWB:[protected] order number:[protected] on 14th September 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money orelse i'll sue the company and go to the consumer court.

I had ordered the pest repellent product from them but it was not as per the specification as well as they had send the second delivery of said product & recovered 380 rs from my home. My order no s3dshbvngb is recived 8 sept and use this product but product are not working for pest repellent only ultrasound was very irritated i m not satisfied on this product. Becouse my home furniture so many bedbugs and ants but use this product continues 7 days but product are not working only sound. Pls return your product and back my money pls do some my problem

The company of smashing commerce is fraud with customer because this company display another product and sending another product. So that's why i return my product to company. And company sales person can't receive my call and no justification of company product. And company can't give his tolfree number in his website. Every company write their tolfree number in his website but this company can't do this.

I bought this product on 26 august 2018 and it stopped working after 3 days. The light and sounds comes on but still no affect on mosquitoes. Tried calling their customer service number the bell rings but they cut the phone off. No other contact number or address. Seems to be a con company which cheats customers online.

I placed order on smashingcommerce.com on 16th august 2018 and i received the product on 22 august 2018, when i opened it i found a third grade quality product with speaker inside which make stupid noice that's it. Not working at all, this product is easily available in rs 20/- sold by many roadside sellers, this company is totally fraud. And it's not about 480 rupees it's a organised crime and i will take legal action about it so that you can't do it with others.

Bad product and hopeless service. I am writing mails back to back for the last month. All i get is some automated reply asking to to keep using. While i dont think the prodect is worth the money spent, why should i use it.

None of their customer care numbers work for me to call and talk. This is the most useless service ever.

Received the order and very unhappy with the same for the following reasons:

- product received in terms of shape and colour is no way close to what smashing commerce feature on the website (If i had seen the exact image... I would not have ordered as my friends have bad reviews on the same. Wish had seen these complaints earlier)

- the product very... Very noisy... I don't think any one can have it inside a home!

- last and most importantly... It does not work at all. I have it on in my bathroom... And it has absolutely no effect on anything. Not even on small ants! Forget mosquitos, lizard and cockroaches.

It's absolutely useless... Rs. 480 down the drain.

Wish they do not cheat others. Please take some action.
