I had ordered an ptron basspods lite tws airpods, which I want to canc the order due to issues.i have paid online.

I ordered Bluetooth audio receiver on this website.But This Product is not working properly, so I compalined for it and returned this product on 28th October, 2021. But The company did not give me refund and also customer service is not responding my query.
Please, Help me to get Back My Money

Dear Sir/Madam

I have to complaint about the product which I get was defected. It is PTron Bassbuds(TWS) earbuds with Powercase - Black. Its one side was not working. If we connected earbuds with Mobile, only one of the Earbud was connected at a time. The earbuds are not connected with each other. So music only come from one earbud. Kindly Return/Replace the product asap.

I have dailed many times your toll free...
