My order no s2dshbvngb is recived 8 sept and use this product but product are not working for pest repellent only ultrasound was very irritated i m not satisfied on this product. Becouse my home furniture so many bedbugs and ants but use this product continues 2 days but product are not working only sound. Pls return your product and back my money pls do some my problem.

I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it is not working also. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding..
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 380 rupees. It costed around 50 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls. So take step immediatly and revert back my amount

I purchased pest repellent product, amount Rs. 480. It is not that product which they show on the advertisement. Here I attach first picture of that I selected and second picture of that I received. There is vast difference between them. I think I received duplicate product. I request please give my money back. Awaiting your positive reply.

I have ordered (Order # 576507) on 6th sept 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product is unsatisfactory i would like to canceled my order in as soon as i got it within 10 minute also ask delivery boy of xpressbees for the return but he denied, but they are not canceling process provided on website nor picking up the call. Please insist them to pick up deliver the product from same address and cancel the order as well as start return process

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

I purchased ultra sound machine to prevent from insects, lizards, rats from smashing commerce, online company for rs.480/-. When i received it i recognized that i am cheated by seeing it. The product they send is also in damage condition and when i asked them about this i found the contact numbers given by them are not connectable. I tried on email id but i got only confusing mattered mails from themselves that no any solutions from their side. I am giving herewith the contact numbers and email id of company.

Few days back i got a call from your customer care team with number[protected] and she promise me that she will say to refund the amount of 480 inr for the product i purchased from smashing commerce and i am still not satisfied with the product ultrasonic mosquito, rats and pest repellent under your 60 days satisfaction guarantee. But i still didn't got any payment and call from your team. I used it more than 40 days but still didn't got any effect on rats, mosquitos, insects and lizards. They are roaming near this machine. So refund the amount of my 480 inr or i will take action against your company.

I got the order which is so called ultrasonic mosquito repellent, when it was given by the courier guy even tho it was cash on delivery i did not have time to open it coz i was getting late to go to work.

Now wen i see the product seriously the product you guys show in your advertisement and the one you guys courier is completely different, the so call repellent is cheap roadside china product and the actual cost is not even rs 75/- in the market and i now doubt that it even will work the way it shows.

Seriously i will never recommend anybody smashing commerce for the...

Aap ka jo pest control karne wala product h wo koi kaam nahi kar raha h maine phle bhi complain ki thi but aap k customer service sai phone aaya or bola ki aap use kare but koi bhi effect nahi h pls merr payment return kare. Is very cheap quality plastic and i heard from other customer that product does irritating noise this is my third complaint i tried to call one anita but she is not picking after 8 days i received a call from a girl after requesting him to send my money back and take your product she is just boasting about the product and told me to peg my query to their email i recorded my conversation with her and told her that i will file consumer complaint too and i request other people to come forward. Together we close this bogus smashing commerce looting people hard earned money my mobile number [protected]

Do you guys even check what the vendors are packing before you guys courier it, there is no brand name of the product, no finishing of the cheap plastic, no (Ok tested) label on it since it is a electrical product with your label cover on it.
I am ready to pay and paid rs 480/- for the product shown in the ad but what i got is highly dissatisfying.

Now wen i check there are so many complaints already on the consumer complaint site about the same product and you guys have not done anything on it, still the product is on air and you guys are selling it.

This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita birari is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

Pest repellent was machine total damage
Actually socket is mould that problem so machine returned
Machine replaced or another machine change
this problem so we can exchange machine or money returns
Machine socket is molding and we can replace sir
I am sending video we can see then decided machine fully damage
So replace machine or money they tell any information
