I bought this product at rs 480. On 17 aug and found this product absolutely bogus.
When you switch it on an irritating sound will keep on going about the end result for which this product was sold to all consumers failed to perform.
Requesting all viewer not to buy... As it is more of noise machine.
Most funny part which i seen in this complaint is that the girl named ankita sells this product and once you order the product you will get a msg where this no. Is given for any grivences you can contact ankita... Since surname keeps changing according to customer so have given...
[protected] this is the no. And when you call at this no. Line gets disconnected automatically.

Can this forum help me to get my money back

Pest repellent product broken on package itself. So its unable to use. I need reply as soon as possible. I am so disappointed with what i placed order. This is my 1st order on your website.in this itself i am totally disappointed. Plz pay value respond for me. Worst product. Its duplicate one i thought. No words to explain that broken pest repellent. Its power supplying drew broken. So no chance to connect the plug on board.

They show different product on ads and send just a toy, which completely is not working. No invoice and no customer support. They r just frauds. Their number is [protected] to which i called more than 100 times, but no one answered. They are continuosly posting their ad on facebook. And trying to loot as many as people. So i want to submit a complaint against thosebunch of crooks ao that they dont people any more...

I received call from ur company n they said to use product properly and than call us, but i m using it till today but still its not working properly and i n not satisfied. All my family members are saying its worthless to use it and there is no reaction on pesticides. I urge uh to refund my rs. Rs.480 back to my address. I have become a victim of this fraud too. Is there a way to punish this fraud company selling fake product. Fb should ban it.. As most o[censored]s learnt about the product from facebook ad only.
They asked me to send pics of the product, invoice and packing when i asked for a refund of 480 inr.
I am going to fight it out, they cannot cheat citizens this way.

I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times i drop mail to them but they just answering the mail with use it for few days.
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 20 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within weeks but now not responding on calls.

I receive this product yesterday. I use it but all insects are not far from this instrument. It's not original product. This is not a good product it only make noice and irrite us. This product is a fake prodct. So i want to return my product and back my payment amount. I also advice you not to advertise this product on tv because this will make bad reputation for your company and pepole will not buy other product from your company. Its not work it is sounding and irritating noise is coming out if the unit wgich is loud .they r making thefting money from advertising tBis wrong information and product .the r doing money fudge.ultra sound is not hear by humansa and sound very irritating. They r making cheat on people and selling the ### products there should be action onthese type of web site and company to avoid to get get people in their web.

I have ordered pest repellent (order id:V3H7MFDK2P).order date:- 1/8/2018.First of all the product which was shown in the picture was different and the one I got is different and is very cheap Quality product compare to the price, and within 2days it stopped working, please stop cheating your client you can get these kinds of products from market for not more than fifty to sixty rupees.such a bad product.And please don't provide a customer care number, and if you do please make sure someone should receive it (Ankita).i want my money back.

This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today.

Dear Sir, I ordered a Pest Repellent by looking at the image and description shown in smashing Commerce website. But they delivered me a different pest repellent which is very low in quality and the market price for that in famous online shopping sites like Amazon and Fluipkart is not more than Rs.160/- but they took Rs.448/- for that. Sir, I need my money back and I want this fake company to be shutdown and want to see the persons doing such fake businesses behind the bars. Pl Help.

I received the product id:6jt6drmczk i. E. Pests repellent from geek retail pvt. Led., khashra no. 626, behrampur rd, ssector-71, near cd international school, gurugrtam-122004, contact no.[protected], in the third week of august 2018. I sued the same after one week as i was out of station and found that it did not work a little. It created irritated sound only for us not for pests. It is a fake product as it work nothing as claimed by the seller. Such website who cheat with the consumers by selling such fake products should be banned. Please take it back and refund my money.

Absolute cheats and they expect us to use this fake product for 60 days so they will not have to take it back nor refund the amount. Please do not allow such companies to put such ads in reputed websites.

I have ordered the pest repellent vide order id aad7qg7aj5 dtd 23rd august 2018. Which has been delivered to my house address h599 alpha2 greater noida on 25th august 2018. I have given him cash on delivery. When i opened the packing box, i have been shocked, that this is totally different product from the original one. So this is the difference between the two products. They show some things and delivered something else. So i want to return it back. Please do the needful.
