Makes irritating sound and it hardly works as shown in the video that all the rats and mosquitoes run out of the house.in the video how the insects know the way to go out? How it will find way to go out? It is fake product. While buying they email that only few products are left and that they somehow managed to get you one to make the customer feel that it's original and useful. It is very difficult to live in the house when it's onn the product really makes irritating sound which probably lead to headaches.

I had ordered an ultra - sonic mosquito, rat and pest repeller from smashing commerce. My order no. Was 535437. The product was worth rs. 480. I got my product today but its defective. The product is broken i cant plug it in switch board. I m unable to find any information for return on the link from where i bought the product. I have got pest repellent advertised to get away pests from home via ultrasonic sound produced by the said repellent. Also claimed in ad that its sound is not audible to human nor it is harmful. Bt the reallity is just reverse. It produces an irritating shrillind continuous noise which is unbearable to human ears. Kindly clear return procedure and my refund 480/ at the earliest

This product is waste of money and its noise so irritate.

As i am order ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent by online the product which was i order and product which is deliver is different while i mailed to smashing commerce to replace my product by actual one which was order by me but they are not agree with this and while i am returned for refund they are not ready... Useless product by smashing commerce...

Supplied a fake product ultrasonic pest repellent and after opening the box we have seened the fake product smell making unconscious if we plug in. The courier has collected rs..480 and went off before opening the box. Request a refund to come and registered as a complaint. The advertisement of pest control was given in facebook.com pages and redirects to their sites to buy it. The picture of pest control given in that is different what they supplied.

I placed an order for pest Repellent by watching add in Facebook on 12/08/2018. I received the parcel on 21/08/2018 containing different fake product. Immediately I sent an email with screenshot of the original product for which we placed the order, and asked for the refund.

I tried tocancell my order, but they are neither cancelling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

My request is to cancel the order. Even after requesting so much, if the product is delivered, i'm not going to pay the amount.

It's a fake product which has no name on it no finishing on it. It is not also a registered patent.
This firm has advertised in facebook with a different designed product. But after ordering they have sent a fake product which doesn't have any name or any finishing on it. This product which was sold to me was different from the product shown in facebook. This product is available in market for rs120 but it is sold for rs480.

I purchased online pest repellent machine from smashing commerce at rs. 480/-. I saw the advertisement on facebook by the name smashing commerce. The product and quality is absolutely useless and fake and is not effective at all. Even those who advertised for smashing commerce for this product are liars.
Tried calling ankita sanyal, customer success manager, smashing commerce
+91-[protected] many times but no one is reponding as it may be a fake number too. There is no way we are being able to return this product. They also mentioned if not satisfied, contact to return the product. Would request that action be taken at the earliest to ensure that these thugs do not try and swindle people by giving false products, contact numbers etc.
I need the product to be collected from my address and refund of my money at the earliest
A line in confirmation would be appreciated.

Updated by esanyal I received delivery of my above order for pest repellent. Product absolutely fake and not as per advertised in facebook. It is not effective at all and persons who have commented that is a good product are liars and fake like the product and the person - ankita sanyal, customer success manager, smashing commerce, contact no. +91-[protected]. Nobody answers this phone and it is false number given to cheat/swindle people.
Would like to return this product and i want my money refunded at the earliest.
I would request facebook or other website to please check the authenticity of these people advertising otherwise it will tarnish the reputation of their site.
An early response would be very much appreciated.

Watching an advertisement in facebook, i had ordered for pest repellent from smashing commerce on cod basis, upon arrival of the product, i requested for an open delivery, but the courier boy refused to open, i paid the amount and received the item, when opened it was not the item shown in the advertisement, it is not even close to the one i have ordered and it is not working as advertised. So i need the company to pick my item back and pay us back the money. Hope i will get justice and please do the needful. Thanks
