The product is fake. Refund me my money. The product is I have received is available at roadside for just rs 30. The product in the image is totally different from the same they have delivered.
This company should be blocked for online shopping. The winding up of the company also sgould be done. The management of the company should be sued.
They put fake images over the Internet to fool the individuals, its just ridiculous.
I want my money back.

    I had ordered a pest repellent from smashing commerce on 12thof august that i got it today on 15th of august. When i opened it i was totally shocked because it was not that similar product that i ordered and displays on their site. When i checked it i come to know that this one is a totally useless product. This pest repellent is too noisy and not pleasant at all and even creates the problem of headache. I had paid 480 rupees for this fake product even its worth not more than 30 rupees. When i am calling them they are not receiving calls. I just wanted to return that fake product and wanted my money back. This is fake company that cheated me. I hope you will take my complaint in action..

      This is to bring your kind information that i purchased the electronic appliance for rat, mosquito and other flies clearance through smashing commerce through online and after 2 days the product stopped sounding and working properly as didn't work as promised.

      I fail to understand the fact how come the company sells the products when there is so many online complaints against these products and still the supplies are on.

      Pls look into it and help me to get my refund on asap basis.

          I saw your product in website called smashing commerceand ordered for the product called ultrasonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent. iproduct was deliverd on 13.08.2018 but recieved wrong and damaged product which is completely diffrent from what i saw on the website kindly replace the product tracking ID[protected]

            I brought rs 480/-. From smashing commerce. Ad comes in facebook by tgr name smashing commerce. Product is useless and fake it doesnt work.. Quality also bad. Tried calling them many time but no one is reponding and returning the product.. As they also mentioned if not satisfied will returned the product. But not respond at all, i have video recording clips

              Watching an advertisement in facebook, i had ordered for pest repellent from smashing commerce cod basis,
              Upon arrival of the product, i requested for an open delivery, but the courier boy refused to open, i paid the amount and received the item, when opened it was not the item shown in the advertisement. It is not even close to the one i have ordered and it is not working as advertised. So i need the company to pick my item back and pay us back the money. Hope i will get justice and please do the needful. Thanks

                  It's a very bad and fake product. Now i am trying my level best to return this annoying product but they are intentionally not picking up my call and also not replying to my mails. A very fake site and even faker product. Too noisy and of a horrible quality. And it's very annoying that there is no response to my complaints, mails and my calls are being cut.

                  I have ordered a Pest Repellent after seen the video and reviews but I didn't receive the same product which I have seen in the promotional video. The product which has delivered to me is very cheap quality product.
                  I want to replace it with the same which is in promotional video otherwise I need my money back.

                    It does not work. I turned it on near ants but nothing happened to them. It was mentioned on the website that it uses inaudible em waves but it makes some irritating sound. It is complete waste of money.in the advertisement it was shown that pests are running away from home but in reality it does not effect them a bit. I am feeling betrayed. This has taken away my trust in online shopping. Very dissappointed.

                        मैंने peastrepellent आर्डर किया था २ ऑगस्ट को जो मुझे कुरिअर से प्राप्त हुआ लेकिन प्रोडक्ट जो बताया ओ नहीं है कोई वारंटी या किस तरह उपयोग करना इस तरह की कोई ७/८/२०१८ को मुझे मिला सिर्फ प्लास्टिक पेपर में बक्से में भेजा था और प्लासिक के पेपर पे ह shmashing commerce प्रिंट है उसपर ही एक पेपर प् मेरा एड्रेस और रिटर्न मर्चंट का एड्रेस और फोन नंबर दिया है एकदम फालतू प्रोडक्ट है जो दिखाया था बताया था उसमे ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है जबकि मुझसे gst नो दिया है और gst भी लिया है कुल ४८० मैंने दिए पर मुझे फसाया है ये कुछ कम का नहीं सिर्फ लुटने का कम किया है फ़ो करते है सिर्फ एक रिंग में फोन कट हो ज्जता है मैंने बहुत मेसेज किये मेल किया लेकिन ईमेल सेंड होता ही नहीं मेसेज के कोई जवाब नही य लोग चिटर है मुझे पैसे वापस चाहिए

                              I want to inform you about my dissatisfaction with the product. The product is not working properly. It makes alot of noise and isn't able to get rid of any mosquitos, lizards ets. I want a refund as soon as possible. Non of the numbers that you have provided are working.                                       Hi, i purchased ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent (Order id: 398452) from an advertise on facebook. The product is not up to the mark and not the similar as the same shown in pictures while ordered. I want to return the product and want to avail the amount to be refunded. I reached to the concerned support team multiple times. Every time they are coming with same comments the product is good and all but not processing the return and refund. Continuously they are harassing with the same. The product is so cheap that anyone can easily get that it not even cost of 100 and they are charging it for 480. Please do the needful.

                                        I got your broken pest repellent product and not same product. There is something else to look and send something else. This is not working properly. It's make noise only. This product either may be not made in good quality or it is fake product whatever it is possible return this product and give back my amount.
