I have ordered (Order #cw67zc56qr) on 6 august 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 3 day, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

Please ask them to cancel

I have ordered a pest repellent after seen the video and reviews of pest repellent device on faebook.
But i didn't receive the same product which i have seen in the promotional video. The product which has delivered to me is very cheap quality product.
I want to replace it with the same which is in promotional video otherwise i need my money back

I have ordered ultra sonic pest repellant with led light of rupees 480. I have received a cheap product o[censored]nidentified company without led light.

Return my money. I will never buy any products from a third class and fraud company like this in future. Reply me and give me any number to call you guys...[protected] this number is useless, do give me any other number to call.

I order one pest repellent, but the shown product is different and recieved ine is different which is may cost less than 50 rupees. So please take this complaint seriously as because there is no return or exchange option and they are not taking my phone call also. If this is going to happen for all, anybody has to punish and teach them a lesson so that never make business like this.

I have ordered (Order id 52, hgvtrzpw) on 6, aug, 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

I purchased pest repellent after seeing ads on face book. The item was received by me on cash on delivery. There is no proper invoice but in the name of invoice a paper is pasted on the pack. After unpacking the item i found it defected. Now they are not attending my call as i demanded refund. I post an email which was not answered. Request you for getting refund.

Ordered for the pest repellent machine online but felt cheated because it doesnt look like what was shown at all.
Delivered in their company wrapper and product was in a regular small carton box
Secondly it is a very cheap machine which gives out a sound to repel humans, im sure it doesnt work on any pests.
I see the same complaint of all who has brought this product. This shows its a fake product and we have been cheated.

I am a middle-class housewife. Due to this rainy season, there are mosquitos so i saw the ad on fb and ordered this product. It got delivered on 6th aug but it is completely fake. I am trying to call them as i got a mail after ordering this product.

I had ordered two pest repellent from smashing commerce Worthing Rd. 480 for single piece. But the said fraud company, send me fake product and unworking. So, I wanted to return the product and therefore request you kindly refund my money for sum of Rs. 960( Rs 480 ×2= 960). The order ID is SKMACWAVFW. I order pest reject from this site but I get wrong product. I want to return this product. I call to this company on this number [protected] & [protected] but no one answering. I want my refund. This company do fraud with me. This company is fraud. Please cancel registration of this company. Please justice for us. They get 480 rupees from us for this product. But actual price of this product is no more than 80 rupees. We believe on this company and buy this product but this company make fraud with us. I am from vadodara Gujarat(India). I gave order on 02/08/2018 for pestrepllient device. My order ID is BSQ5BD77F. After order I gets message from Ankita Solanki(Customer success manager from Smashing commerce) and give me a number +91-[protected]. I contact on this number many times but nobody receives the call then i emailed to [protected]@smashingcommerce.com then I get mail from Rohit Kumar([protected]@smashingcommerce.com) He gave me another customer care number Call Support:[protected], I dial this number many times but nobody receives the call. I complained regarding the issue of device. I received the order on 07/08/18 and i paid the amount of rs.480/- I used device for 12 hours but quality of the device is very poor and non effective on mosquito's and device are very noisy. my five year's son and ten year's daughter face headache problem after using this device. so this device is harmful for health to our family and non effective on mosquito's.

I ordered an ultrasonic pest repellent from this fraud of a company.

A few days ago i received the package and paid rs 480/- cash on delivery. There was no return address and no bill although the person delivering the package said that everything was inside the packaging. It is a completely useless product and i am very disappointed as i feel cheated.

First of all, it is not what is shown on facebook or in their web site. It is not soundless to the human ear, in fact it makes a very shrill noise that we can hear, and it is very irritating! It does not make the insects, rodents etc run away, but is making the people in the flat want to run away from the horrible ear piercing noise. It is not ultrasonic as you advertised. Finally, there was no surprise gift which was supposed to be shipped with the product!

I am afraid this company cheated me! I want them to take it back at their cost and give me a full refund. This company is a fraud company.

I feel like taking this up with a consumer court.

I would like to know how to contact the store itself and lodge this same complaint.

I have ordered one pest control device from smashing commerce website. They shared different image of product there but sent fake and duplicate product. Single rat, fly, ant repel with this fake product. I wants to return and wants my money back. But support team neither replying on my query nor providing any suitable way to refund my money. I don;t want to use this fake product any more.

My complain is that I did not get same model of product which I booked on your website. It seems very local product which is available with lots of road seller.
Also it is not worth Rs 480 also because I know market cost of this product.
Neither your site has defined, which company or brand this product belongs to.

I already sent a complain on same day when received product from courier agent but still no action or any try to contact me happened.

I ordered a pest repellent online from smashing commerce, after going through some reviews and suggestions from customers online but what i received later was shocking. I paid for the new version of the pest repellent which was shown on their website to be the latest model with an offer. But i received the old version of it which does not even work properly. This smashing commerce is completely a fraud company

Sir, i had purchased pest repeller from smashing comerce but they send old model item and not working mosquitos, rats as they ad in face book i am not satisfied and returned the item to the seller 19 th july and informed. The item cost rs.480/-+ rs.70/- courier charges total rs.550/-refund me there is no refund. Please arrange my refund amount rs.550/-.

I sachin vaghelapurchase pest repellant which i purchased through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So i can't use it. So, i would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... It;s a very bad product this co. Cheat me kindly help me ragarding return my money. No responce from party.

The product delieverd is fake and ankita the representative is not answering the calls
She just cuts the call and there is no call back anytime.
This company is fraud and only is cheating people for money.
I want my money back, else i am going to take legal action against you (Ankita) and your this fraud company.
Make sure you contact me via email by 10th august 2018 at [protected]@gmail.com and return my money, else consumer protection court will look into this matter.
The product i received, is not same one which was shown in advertisment whch shows the link of your company as well. I am enclsoing courier packet details
