I ordered for ultramicroscope pest repellant the image which was shown was different from the product which received by us. The delivered product was available in local market at the cost of RS 100 for which we given Rs 480.
During my order I received a number of sales manger for any complaints with the name of Ankita she is not attending any of my call

I have ordered (Order id# 293393) on 20 July 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.

This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person Ankita Navadiya is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repellent. This product that I got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.

Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 20... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call.

I had bought this product last weak buts its just a box which creates sounds only and nothing else all i says this product is useless dont buy they are just cheating peoples and nothing else and even they did not mention their contact no in box or any where else and they given me a fake product not the same as they shown in the add so wat i want is refund my money instead of this rubbish box

I ordered for home protection pest repellent and received vide invoice number znsdwtsfjp dated 29th july 2018. The product is not good one. I want to return it. When i tried to contact on no. [protected] and [protected], but both numbers are bogus and not working. You are making fool to the people. Please don't do it. Please guide to protect myself from this cheating.

I have ordered Ultra-Sonic Mosquito, Rat, And Pest Repellent × 1 on cash on delivery. But I received an used and opened super ceramic car coating pro polish bottle worth Rs. 480/ in stead of it. It seems that smashing commerce is an fake website to cheat people by sending products of Geek Retail Pvt.Ltd., Khasra NO.-626, Behrampur Rd, , sector-71, Near CD International School, Gurugram-122004. I have paid the amount by Tez app to the courier boy in his mobile no- [protected]. May he will be part of this fake company. I have attached photo of order summary and the delivery invoice with the product received. Please help me and other people who were cheated by these websites to get back our hard earned money.

Hi,
I have ordered on 6th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

Please ask them to cancel

This product for "pest repellent"from "smashing commerce" on cod basis but when i open this product not same as showing in advertisement and not working. This is a fraud company which delivers other item instead of pest repeller. So i need the company to replace this item and gave my money back...

Hi,

I got fake product from company. They have shown different product on facebook page and delivering non usable and fake product. This product in noisy and not working at all. I tried to contact to company but noone is picking the phone. They are running big scam on facebook creating fansy advertisement and looting customers. Please take action against this big nexus.

I had purchased product pest repellent, but the company had sent third level product of cost rs. 50- 70 and smashing commerce charged us for the same thing rs. 480. They have cheated us. And the number provided of ankita also not working. I want my product to be returned and refund my money.

Moreover, the product is not even working. We doesn't have any contact details of smashing commerce to complaint regarding the issue. They are just making money by cheating the public.

Kindly help me to get refund from the company

This is ridicules has customer u r services is worst then compare to the products in the image u have showed me another pest repellent and i get different repellent which it cost 50 rs i have disappointed with u r product that why u gave me my money back 480 that i have paid u and take u r product which is trash. And the customer care number which is said that ankita she is not lifting call it is a completely fraud.

This company is cheating people by selling and supplies wrong product then the advertised on Facebook.I am one of them.they are advertising for Pest reject machine and supplying other ordinary cheap machine to the customers which is totally wrong and they are not accepting to change. This smashing commerce.com company is cheating many people every day.

Company deals is pest repellent which costs 480 inr however its has so many bad reviews and quality of product is not even worth 100 inr. I have placed the order on 6th jul and cancelled the order next day. Without unpacking i wanted return however company does not give full refund and keep forcing to use the product. I have almost 25 mails in conversation however no positive response. Infact no one response on their phone number.

If the company does not the value and as ecommerce company they should have refund policy in placed. Worst customer service with refund policy.

Please take the action

These fraud company changed their name as from smashingcommerce to Quantified commerce private limited before 6 months The directors are skilled in Internet marketing due to one of their director No. 1 Ryan David Andrea's studied in California Polytechnic State University-San. About business administration and enterprenship. They took server from Canada.
No. 2 Agam berry he is also familiar in Internet markeing. No.3.Anita berry his wife. All of you register your complaints with https://pgportal.gov.in Indian government website . I have take lot of actions against them. Give aware to our leaders tweet them all. I have done it. And everybody place 100 orders and return to them. A big crime is happening here. The product delieverd to me is fake and is instead a cheap material worth only 50 rupees... It is making a weird noise but they claimed the device produces ultrasonic sound which is inaudible to human ears
The number which was provided in the message was also fake as when i made a call on that number it was automatically got cut after a few rings, i tried calling a bunch of times but there was no answe at all
I want my money back it cost me ₹480 and is certainly not cheap that i can just ignore it
