I am so upset when i see divice is broken, this was a cheating with me by smashing commerce. I wanna back this broken product. I wanna complaint against the seller who send me a broken product, in future i don't trust in smashing commerce because they sell a fake product, it's only a room freshener, i wana return it, and i wana my money back warm regards arif hussain

Hi,
I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. Due to the product we are getting headache and it feels very harmful.. I just want to return it but couldn't because of many times i drop mail to them but they don't respond.. Plz guys don't go for this cheap product from this worst website
I don't want to use it for single day. Am trying to return asap
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product it's a worst product of online sales. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls n emails. Incorrect information. And fake reviews in website.. Plz return my money u buggers of smashingcommerce

The product i received is totally different and is of cheap quality and make irritating noise and is of no use

I have ordered (Order id 5v6pf3bmkk) on 31 july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

Please ask them to return my money

I naveenpurchase pest repellant which i purchased through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So i can't use it. So, i would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... It;s a very bad product this co. Cheat me kindly help me ragarding return my money. No responce from party.

I ordered ultra sonic pest repellent machine yesterday. It is not working at all. The product is different from the image shown by company. It looks like very cheap thing cost of rs. 20 china made products. The product is fake & very disappointing. I have lost all my trust from online marketing. The company is providing such fake products when people buy them trustfully. 100% fake & fraud company. These types of products are already available in market at cheaper rates of rs. 20. I want my money back rs. 480.

Smashing commerce — pest repellent product return

Company providing fake product and cheating with so many customers. I think this is preplanned online fraud

I had placed the order of pest repellant to the above company as i saw the product ad on face book. That the claiming actual product prize is 1200/- and which is imported product and getting at 60% discounted prize for rs.480/-

The product is shown in ad is different as i received. Which is like a local product of rs. 30 or max.50/-

And no one is attending the complaint.

When i placed the order i got immediate reply with name ankita talwalkar. The surname is similar with my surname

So many people have face the same thing as ankita's surname is similar with customer name.
That means this is preplanned fraud... And still face book is promoting the ad of same product without authenticate company history.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

While i was ordering product online, the product which was displayed online and the product delivered to me today was different. I am unhappy with the product and the service.

I received a mail From Ankita after ordering in a good manner and gave her number for further assistance [protected]. When i call this number it cuts automatically after two rings.

Later when gone through the complaint forums about the product, Ankita name is seen every where with different SUR Name as Ankita Das, Ankita Ratnakaram, Ankita kulkarni etc...mails keep coming to all customers who ordered this product with same name Ankita different Sur name added to it. Seriously some authority should take action against it.

I have purchased ultra sonic mosquito repellent (order no. #361150)online from "Smashing commerce".
it is totally useless.
Noising too much.
And details of products shown on site are totally different.
I want my money back.
You have cheated me. If I dont get my money back I will take you in Consumer Court.
I dont want to waste my rs 500 on this failure product. Also I have to listen all the time from my home members.

This is not a product i need. It is of no use for me as it is not the same thing as i want.
So, please do make its replacement back fix asap.
I have never seen such a foolish thing before.
This is so light and poor quality product and even charges so high. This is not a good thing to do with a consumer. And i later read about the product reviews and every single person is complainting about the same and you guys never stand even once i think. When my mothet was alone at home they delivered it and my mother din’t knew about that so she took it and paid.
I have even tried to cancel the product before but nothing happens.
I do not need this product
Please take it back from me
