I have ordered (Order id# #222074) on 14th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person prathhap k is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only...

My order #367828 to smashing commerce. The order is for pest reject.
It is not at all similar to the product as shown in their advertisement it is like things sold on handcart in some village.
& moreover its vibration sounds are so loud that its not possible to sit for humans in the house forget to search the pests whether it is repelling or not.
They are giving 60 days moneyback gurantee but now no response from their...

I didn't receive same products as shown in advertisement plz solve it.The behaviour of company is worse bcz they give us wrong mobile number, by this we can't make the contact with the any executive assistant of this fraud company.They making fool o[censored]s bcz the product is looking only rs50 to rs 70 only.The company SMASHING COMMERCE is totally waste of money and they are making the fool all o[censored]s .so plz resolve my problem as soon as possible...

It's disgusting to see that an ordinary sound making toy had been sent. It doesn't look like the item advertised. It's absolutely ineffective and totaly headache.

How can you people send this fake product. Price of product are very high so quality of product why is so low. I recived pest repellent machine today nd half an hour before. Its so horrible. Watching an add in facebook, i ordered for pest repellent from smashing commerce on cod basis, upon arrival of product, when opened it wasn't the item shown in add, it is not working as advertised. So i need the company to pick my item back & pay us back the money...

I have purchase a device of pest & mosquitoes repellent for rs.480/-.
The product received is not the same as shown in their advertisement,
And at the same time it does not work at all.
I used the device almost whole day in spite of that no fruitful result is found
It emits an unpleasant sound which is enough to create headache
If it runs for few minutes.
I wrote them to return my money......

We cant bear this type nf noise machine, it is totaly headache.

I have ordered (Order # 388915) on 31st july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

I bought the product ulta sonic for pest but you are not delivered the same product, and that product which are delivered not working as well... I want to return or exchange such product... Don't know how to do it...
Product also making a weird sound which irriates us and also didn't effect the mosquitoes, lizards, cockroches, ants etc...
First time and bad experience with this company...
