Ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent device is not working which cost me rs 480/-, device shown online is different from that of which is delivered which costs rs80/- to rs100/- in market. Its just to loot money from customer. Like me thousands of customer would have bought, lots of money might have looted from them. There is a big scam behind and reply is coming that it is a short issue. All should aware about thi scam. If you i want make money why you not try product in outside india.

Hi,
I have ordered (Order id# #222074) on 14th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person prathhap k is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money

My order #367828 to smashing commerce. The order is for pest reject.
It is not at all similar to the product as shown in their advertisement it is like things sold on handcart in some village.
& moreover its vibration sounds are so loud that its not possible to sit for humans in the house forget to search the pests whether it is repelling or not.
They are giving 60 days moneyback gurantee but now no response from their side. The product is also damaged & not worth rs 480. I feel cheated & want my money back.

I didn't receive same products as shown in advertisement plz solve it.The behaviour of company is worse bcz they give us wrong mobile number, by this we can't make the contact with the any executive assistant of this fraud company.They making fool o[censored]s bcz the product is looking only rs50 to rs 70 only.The company SMASHING COMMERCE is totally waste of money and they are making the fool all o[censored]s .so plz resolve my problem as soon as possible by give the product return policy

It's disgusting to see that an ordinary sound making toy had been sent. It doesn't look like the item advertised. It's absolutely ineffective and totaly headache.

Ms ankita ahuja could not be contacted as her cell not taking calls @ +91-[protected]

I want to return item and get my refund. You people cheating the customer by showing attractive advertisement only. You should also compensate to cheat the customer. I have already shared my bad experience with you and you product in instagram, facebook, twitter and also going to share the thing to zee news, aaj tak and othe social media.

Please take this machine return and refund the amount rs.480/ by deposit in my bank account at earliest..

I just want to return the product and want my money back as i am not satisfy with this product, its continually creating a irritating sound.
Also quality of product is very cheep and rate is very high.

I have mailed several time for return this product and refund my money back, but not received any positive replay from support ([protected]@smashingcommerce.com).

I have also tried several time to call support but my call not connect at least once and also fail in sending sms on these numbers ([protected], [protected]).

How can you people send this fake product. Price of product are very high so quality of product why is so low. I recived pest repellent machine today nd half an hour before. Its so horrible. On a face book advertisement o[censored]ltrasonic rat, mosquito and pest repellent by smashing commerce, i online ordered 01 no. Ultrasonic rat, mosquito and pest [protected]@ rs 480.00. The same was delivered on 31/07/2018. The said item is totally different from advertisement and making unbearable sound. I want to return this product but there is no procedure defined to return the item. By this complaint site i came to know that the customer success manager addressed her/his name differently to customer, for someone ankita ahuja, ankita gupta and so on, as i got ankita negi mobile no. [protected]. The product is useless and i want rs 480.00 refunded to me. Thanks.
