I bought the product ulta sonic for pest but you are not delivered the same product, and that product which are delivered not working as well... I want to return or exchange such product... Don't know how to do it...
Product also making a weird sound which irriates us and also didn't effect the mosquitoes, lizards, cockroches, ants etc...
First time and bad experience with this company

I purchased mosquitos rat and pest controller device. But I got wrong device. this is different from the picture that was shown at the time of purchasing. My device is not working . please solve my probems as early as possible. and how i got my money refund. I tried at custmour care numbers so many times but number is not connected always. provide me the contact no. so i could complain about my product

This item is fake and make very noise.This item is not working.
Ask from the Ankita tell me the refund policy or take this item from my address and give back my my rupess.

As i am order ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent by online the product which was i order and product which is deliver is different while i mailed to smashing commerce to replace my product by actual one which was order by me but they are not agree with this and while i am returned for refund they are not ready... Useless product by smashing commerce...

I purchased pest control device from smashing commerce by online and paid cash on delivery of rs. 480.00 but when i have opened the package advertising device and received device was totally different. And its a fake product. in facebook they are showing good quality of product. But i have received worst product.

Dear Sir, I had done online shopping of Pest Repellent Machine through you (Order Id and Tax Invoice No. - WVXFRDGGRQ, Dated = 27/07/18). But the product I received is very much different as shown in the offer Picture. The delivered product is of very cheap quality and is not working. If their is any system of returning please let me know about it.

This company is showing a different item in its advertisement but when someone orders it then item is like a toy and no one is picking call as per mail id & merchant no.! they have taken rs 480 from me and item was no cost... It is a big fraud in the big country and they are showing advertisement on facebook but item is totally different so please do the needful and punish them for their fraud and return money to the immeditely...if this weak no one response than i will do PMO Office.Because of if 1 customer to 480 rs received & satisfaction level ZERO than this country in many person fraud to purchase the product ., & it is harrassment...

I found device on damage condition when i have open the package but there have no option to device replacement. Please provide the action against my complaint.
And damage pic not send due to not attached in this file.
At least some tracking or customer feedback will be taking after any product delivered.

Bought the machine which is much more noisy and not working for mosquitoes, spiders and cockroaches. Phone number is not working as well as not able to send messages to the manager. Only can contact courier company who asked ton send mail to [protected]@smashingcommerce.com. Not able to return the machine now and not able to talk to company. Company called to me when I was not taking the order conveying me that machine can give back at any time after speaking to the manger whose name and number messaged to me.

I have just received product home protection through expressbees. And the quality of the product is not at all satisfactory. The home protection machine gives no result. I need to return the product. The product shown on site is totally different from the product received. I need refund for the product. Kindly reverse pickup the product as soon as possible. My waybill no is[protected]. And order id is mqkq3tkwcn. This product is just waste of money for me. Please kindly take back the product n refund me the amount.

I have purchase a device of pest & mosquitoes repellent for rs.480/-.

It's very disgusting to hear that you people are fake and make adds on social networking sites so that people get attracted to your products... I don't want any pest repellent which is fake which doesn't work at all... When i have got product delivered and when i have opened it then only i've got to know that this is a stupidity of ordering with you... My family members were scolding me for the first time because of this... So do one thing refund my amount and take back your cheap plastic piece with you... This will be my first and last mistake to opt for product through adds on social networking... This is really very disgusting... All the fake comments on products no shame at all... And the mobile number which i have got after ordering doesn't work... If my money is not refunded then the consequences will be very bad... Keep this in mind and take the next step...

The product i ordered from you is not working effectively as it is a pest repellent but even mosquitoes and house flies are not affected with it. We are using it from last six days but still our house is not free from insects and pests. Online ke naam par lut chala rakhhi hai salone... Are haramiyo hamara paisa muft me nathi aata... Online par se logo ka bharosa kam ho raha hai... Or ye ankita to call bar bar cut karti hai agar call pick nahi karna to iska mobile number kyu diya hai... Responsible person ka number do...

Or vapus kaise karna hai uski koi policy hi nahi hai...

Product vapas kaise kare or hamare paise vapas kaise milenge???

It's pathetic to see that a sound making toy had been sent. It doesn't look like the item advertised. It's absolutely ineffective.
Ms ankita ahuja could not be contacted as her cell not taking calls.
I want to return item and get my refund.
Please shake our confidence in online shopping by sending us such fake items.
Atleast respond. I have posted on facebook as well but no response. You guys only reply to good comments on the product. May be the original product is really good.

After watching the add on facebook, i ordered smashing commerce's pest control/repellent product which recently claimed to be an effective pest repellent product. However on receiving the product today following things i have noticed about it which really really upset me and made me realized that i have been made a big fool:

1) the product looks completely different from what was shown in their ad. The one i received looks like a cheap product or kids toy which just makes a buzzing annoying noise on connecting to plug.

2) no manufacturing details or any other details like client number or contact information given. Is there any way to get the refund?

I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers the customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Today your product was delivered by delivery boy at my home when i opened the packed box the product was broken. I asked him to take it back but he asked me to complaint online. So i am requesting you to replace your product and send a new one in good packing material.

I have ordered on 26 july, 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.
