I got the product delivered today and about the product which is fake and who all have mentally irrated by this fake company by the annoying calls from them we can get justice but by uniting together who have bought this fake same issue by filing a complaint to cyber security and filing a case on behalf of this fake company so u might think of filing kust case for just 480 rs but just 1rupee is a money we have to work hard for it and i should we spare the money for this # bags plz come forward we can sue them together plz reply me personally we can take a step on this fake

I purchased pest control device from smashing commerce by online and paid cash on delivery of rs. 480.00 but when i have opened the package advertising device and received device was totally different. And its a fake product.in facebook they are showing good quality of product. But i have received worst product. Order id is w2mp7q5drg. Now i want refund of my money.

My order for pest repelient was n5dkbpbchv dt 21/7/2018.On receipt of my order i found that this was not the same pest repelient which was shown in ad. It is looking local made & is not of the worth of rs 480/-. I have contacted on [protected] but there was no response . It means you are simply looting the customers & making fool of them.Moreover there is no effect of pest repelient & it is irritating by making noise. Kindly look into the matter.

I ordered that meachine by looking at the video. I brought that meachine to the house and then use it and see if somthing is not working means useless. It was shown that some different products were found at the time of getting some different product orders. So return my product and give my money.

Hi,
I have ordered (Order #310242) on 22th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money

This company is showing a different item in its advertisement but when someone orders it then item is like a toy and no one is picking call they have taken rs 480 from me and item was no cost... It is a big fraud in the big country and they are showing advertisement on facebook but item is totally different so please do the needful and punish them for their fraud and return money to the customers...

I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product because it is broken. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times i drop mail to them but they just answering the mail with use it for 60 days.
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls.

Simply return my money of rs 480 or give me a replacement of my product

Smashingcommerce — fake company selling fake product
we are purchasing a Ultra-Sonic Mosquito, Rat, And Pest Repellent (one Pics ) on Dated 17 july 2018 with the ORDER #248534 .
As like many others who reported getting fake, cheap product called pest repellent, rather it's a cheap 10 rs product designed to make annoying sound.
I wish to return and get a refund. Have been sending emails, which the customer service simplify ignores and tries to market further which is really disgusting

I have ordered on 24th june 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i want to cancel my orders, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

I have purchase a device of pest & mosquitoes repellent for rs.480/-. The product received is not the same as shown in their advertisement, and at the same time it does not work at all. I used the device almost whole day in spite of that no fruitful result is found. It emits an unpleasant sound which is enough to create headache if it runs for few minutes. I wrote them to return my money, but the company did not do anything in this regard, neither they pick up phones

And taken amount inr.480 that product like inr 30 to inr 50 cost
And there is no company name mentined in top of the product
So please take back the product and return the cash.

Smashing commerce is selling a mosquito and pest repellent product. They sell it on cod where the courier person is their own person and not from any courier company. But they will not take the product back and will fight with you for money once you see the product and reallize that it is fake.

Their so called customer success manager ankita kadam's number is not working or they may have blocked every number once the item is delivered and money is pocketed.

Their review section on their site is forever close and you can not give a review their, you can just read fake reviews only.

The product is nothing but a whistle which make your house human repellent as no one can tolerate the noise for more than 5 minutes unless they love the migraine pain.

And the number they provided is also not working.

How can these fraud companies made fool like this openly and who the hell is writing review for them in facebook/instagram.

It's not Snapdeal. Complaint is against smashing commerce. Snapdeal is selling product on right price. But smashing commerce charged 480 INR for the product and product is totally useless. I want my money back from Smashing Commerce. Sorry Snapdeal I mentioned your name for right price of the product.

Get fake product than shown in smashing commerce website... i have ordered ultrasonic pest repeller and get some other duplicate product which one completely different from original one... And i don't think its work rightly... i want original one.. do it as soon as early... And give such relaxation to get more nice product with right intense.. give me right one
