As i am order ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent by online the product which was i order and product which is deliver is different while i mailed to smashing commerce to replace my product by actual one which was order by me but they are not agree with this and while i am returned for refund they are not ready... Useless product by smashing commerce...

I have ordered pest repellent product online ffom smashing commerce they are selling fake products online, i saw many other complaints as well they are looting customers there is no customer care picking up call, they are fooling everyone by looting 480₹ from every individual, Kindly refund my 480₹ Stop fooling customers by selling fake products,

I placed order online for purchase of pest repellent vide order no. 6VQ7BN7MZM dt.. 13/7/2018. The product i received is an totally useless and not effective. It gives only a n unbearable buzz sound continuously I called many times on the mobile no. given in SMS but it remained unanswered. I paid an amount of Rs. 480/- as COD. This company cheating the customers, I request to do the needful and the amount may pl. be get returned .

I got the delivery of Pest Repellent through COD of Rs.480 which is too different than the item you have mentioned/shown. This item we are getting below Rs.50/- in open market.

I have given order for the item mentioned by you in your order forum. So please take back the item received by me and replace the same by the item for which I have given order. Way Bill No.GFSQ75jWTX dated 16.07.2018.
The item despatched by Geek Retail Pvt Ltd, Khasra No.626, Bharampur Road, sector-71, Gurgram.

I have tried to contact the number you have given but failed.

I booked a pest repellent machine from this website through a facebook advertising and when the product was delivered i found that there is nothing inside the box. I want my money back. This is a shameful act i have ever seen by a company. I opened the product infront of their delivered boy. He refused to take it back. I want a compensation or my money back. Please help me.

Updated by Abha Patel I booked a pest repellent machine from them. Op n the date of delivery I got an empty box and nothing else. I called the owner for many times but he cut my phone always. I opened the package Infront of delivery boy(Rajesh) he refused to take it back. I want my 480 rupees back from them. They have done such a cheap act. They are cheating customer and making bad money.Please ask them to return my money.

Hi,
I have ordered on 24th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager ankita jadhav is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

I ordered the ultrasonic pest repellent on 21.07.2018. The order no. Is hpzxwapjvv and it was delivered yesterday. The emails are not responded. The product is different from what i saw in instagram. It seems to be a cheap and fake product for which i paid rs. 480/-. This ankita is cheating by using the same surname as the customers. Want refund of money.
