As i am order ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent by online the product which was i order and product which is deliver is different while i mailed to smashing commerce to replace my product by actual one which was order by me but they are not agree with this and while i am returned for refund they are not ready... Useless product by smashing commerce......

I have ordered pest repellent product online ffom smashing commerce they are selling fake products online, i saw many other complaints as well they are looting customers there is no customer care picking up call, they are fooling everyone by looting 480₹ from every individual, Kindly refund my 480₹ Stop fooling customers by selling fake products,

I placed order online for purchase of pest repellent vide order no. 6VQ7BN7MZM dt.. 13/7/2018. The product i received is an totally useless and not effective. It gives only a n unbearable buzz sound continuously I called many times on the mobile no. given in SMS but it remained unanswered. I paid an amount of Rs. 480/- as COD. This company cheating the customers, I request to do the needful and the amount may pl. be get returned .

I got the delivery of Pest Repellent through COD of Rs.480 which is too different than the item you have mentioned/shown. This item we are getting below Rs.50/- in open market.

I booked a pest repellent machine from this website through a facebook advertising and when the product was delivered i found that there is nothing inside the box. I want my money back. This is a shameful act i have ever seen by a company. I opened the product infront of their delivered boy. He refused to take it back. I want a compensation or my money back. Please help me....

I have ordered on 24th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product......

26 july 2018 this product received by express bees and open product use this but not response this product. Continued working but not working.is product fake and not useble. High cost recieved for customer and very bad is condition.so my many return and back many. This product is not good and not working back many and return you product.your company product is fake. So return many....

I ordered the ultrasonic pest repellent on 21.07.2018. The order no. Is hpzxwapjvv and it was delivered yesterday. The emails are not responded. The product is different from what i saw in instagram. It seems to be a cheap and fake product for which i paid rs. 480/-. This ankita is cheating by using the same surname as the customers. Want refund of money....

The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality.

I recommend every one don't buy this kind of product from this kind of site.

Please make sure this should not happens to any others. Try to show me a way how to get my money...

Smashing commerce customer support is worst. They neither read customer e-mails nor answer phone calls at no.[protected] given by them.in their ads in facebook, photos of product "pest reject" are shown, for which i paid rs.480/= (Order no#swmwjvz2rv) & they delivered me very cheap, worst product named "pest repellent" which is available for about rs.100/=. This is fraudulent. Pl. Tell smashing product to take back this cheap product and deliver...

I have been received a wrong product, as shown something different when I was adding to cart, but I have been received a local product which is a gorad business, so please I request you to take back ur product n refund my amount
Day i.e 28th Saturday I have been received call from smashing commerce help line but there was no proper response from the company as I was reasoning my problem...

I ordered ultra sonic pest control product last week but that's a fake product and received a different one. It is not working and the number which is provided on the invoice doesn't connect and the sales woman ankita provided customer care number which is not connecting she emailed thrice just forcing to use it and don't have any mean to contact you. I ordered pest repellent which i thought that we can get rid of the mosquito but this # people for this company has cheated us very badly and sent us a toy if making buzzing sound which i can get in fair for 30₹ please help me for getting me my money back i'm a scholarship student they did like this we are from poor family and i'm a student... I have not ordered this product but still i received information on mobile about order. So i told them clearly please don't send this product but they are not replying us. Also they give one number for contact [protected]. They are not receiving call so i sent them messages but no reply from this company.

Very bad service bcz they must have to verify mobile number with otp. But they didn't do this....

I ordered for this pest repellant for rs.480/- i wonder this type of fraudsters are allowed to thrive in india and people are cheated. Is consumer the king? What is the use of this consumer protection laws if this type of fraudster sellers are not punished. My money was wasted. But i still keep it in my showcase to remind me of my deal with smashing commerce... Really smashing. I will never buy anything online...
