My order i. D. Hn2jhd3nmk... I had placed an order of a car's mobile holder from facebood advertisement... The good is not at all same which was diplayed in the advertisment... I have exactly the same one at home... Pls kindly let me the know the process of return and refund...
I have purchased many styffs from many online markets but i have never been so dissapointed... Pls kidly take a quuck action on my complaint or else i have to take the help of the consumer court

The actual landing page from the instagram ad was different and completely misleading.

Registered in the following address - survey number 34, mandur bidarahalli, hobli bangalore east taluk, bengaluru (Bangalore) rural, karnataka, bangalore - 560049.

They cheated me by sending a fraudulent product which doesn't match the product quality that was actually advertised.

I recd very cheap quality mobile car holder, i recd different model too, its not at all gud quality, looks very cheap, iam not satisfied with d product. So pl. Take back d product & return my amount back rs.499.00 at d earliest.
It's my 2nd time complaint giving to u so far not picked up d product.

I had ordered phone holder for car. The quality is very poor and the product is even different from what was displayed while ordering. Please arrange the return of the product and refund my money. Very disappointed with the product and quality. There are lot of scratches on the holder and looks like a used one. This company is only cheating its customers by sending defective and used products. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I watched a video from smashing commerece on facebook. It has been observed that a mobile holder withthe help the product I can hang my mobile to holder. I brought that to help in driving but as I see if somthing is not working means useless. It was shown that some different products were found at the time of getting some different product orders. BUT THE invoice is not proper. As attached invoice.
I Request for refund of I will appeal in consumer court on them

After seeing an ad i applied for a mobile stand.in ad it was showing that it is an adjustable one. It was disclosed that this item wiil be adjusted as per requirement. But on delivery it was found that just an ordinary stand was packed. Why a wrong item was delivered? An accurate item may please be exchanged. On the other hand when coy was contacted on the given phone no, it was found wrong.

Hi i am sunil medhekar. I had ordered an mobile phone holder online. The product i ordered is different from the product i ordered and also defective. I tried to call as well as mailed them but i got no reply. I think the company is fraud and some action is to be taken. The cost of product is 499.00 which is not high but the company is cheater. Take some action and give justice to the consumers.

I bought a mobile holder for rs.499 from smashing commerce web site. The product i received is totally different from the product which i ordered also used with cheapest plastic. There is no return/replace portal or customer care service available. The product is returnable with in 30 days of purchasing the product. Since there is no portal for return request and no customer car number found. When i went through the customer care site, there were lot of complaints for fake mobile holder and fraud.

I had purchased a phone mount online but as shown it was not the same product. It is of inferior quality and it is not worth. There is no extension rod as shown in picture. It's all waste. Now i want to return it and want my money back. Order id dzqdkaqkmm. I feel that people selling the product are cheating and making fool of customers. How do i get my money back???

Smashing Commerce Pvt. Ltd., Fraud company selling fake products nothing else. Videos associated with this product were purely bait and we fell for it. It's not only companies like this which should be blamed. Insta, Facebook where they sell their adds should be equally blamed. If you allow someone to advertise on your channel, it's your duty to at least check authenticity of company. Disappointed.

Hello, i karamveer vatta from talwandi bhai, distt ferozepur ordered this product ultimate phone holder with order number bsphqh3agf and received it few days ago, but when i opened that box. It was not according to the pics shown at time of checkout. Now i want to replace it or return it but dont know its returning policy and even company is not picking up my phone. Received a cheap and completely different product (Car mobile phone holder) from what was advertised in instagram and hence wanted to return and refund even the email id is fake n giving no proper response. As seen in instagram this product which i have received is fake and not worth for money, when called the xpressbees about the return policy they said we cant take return and you have to call the smashing commerce pvt ltd directly for any returns and talk them, when trying to call or get their details no details found to contact them (smashing commerce pvt ltd).

The Contact number is wrong and does not exist. Secondly, product delivered is totally different than one shown in video. Thirdly, as name suggests, it should hold Mobile phone, but if does not hold phone, nor does it stay attached to the base where it is fixed in car.

The product i received (Ultimate phone holder) is of inferior quality. Its built is very poor. Its not worth to be used. Its a waste of money. I want to return the product and receive my payment back as soon as possible. If i don't get my money refunded soon i'll take the matter with the consumer court.

I have ordered this product but I recieved it differently. And its so cheap level product. Your customer care number is also always engaged I tried to call several times but non of your agent picked up the call. Its look like as fraudulent to me. So I will wait till next 24hrs from now. And if there is no response from your company then I'm filing a case in consumer forum.
