I have got the duplicate product and it is also not that i have ordered. Kindly refund my money back. No one is picking up the phone. The call gets auto disconnect. I want my rs-480 back. I have ordered for ultra sonic mosquito repellent online from smashing commerce. I have purchased it by seeing an ad on facebook but the product i received was not the one that i have ordered. I have ordered (Order id# x55862dnss) on 20th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money

I ordered smashing commerce's pest control/repellent product which recently claimed to be an effective pest repellent product. However on receiving the product today following things i have noticed about it which really really upset me and made me realised that i have been made a big fool :
1) the product looks completely different from what was shown in their ad. The one i recieved looks like a cheap product or kids toy which just makes a buzzzing annoying noise on connecting to plug..
2) no manufacturing details or any other details like client number or contact information given with the product, infact there is no specific cover for the item.. The cheap toy like item is just wrapped in a bubble plastic sheet and thats all. No manual, no deataila, no contact info or details about the product is given
3) why the hell smashing commerce is showing a completely different expensive looking picture of pest repellent product and delivering such cheap looking and completely different product.. All it does is make a buzzing noise thts all.. It can be given to kids for play purpose as definetely manufacturers of this item just installed a buzzing sound inside a cheap looking rectangular shaped product and sold it a pest repellent. Really disappointing.. You people will be able to fool customer only once.. Not twice.. And how rich will you become by fooling people like this??? Instead if you could have actually come up with a product which is actually effective in repelling pests then you guys could have made lot of profits and not only once but every year.. Shame on you for looting and misleading naive customers like this.. Losers like you can come up with such ideas only, how to fool customers, as you can't actually invent a good effective product.

I bought their pest control unit for rs480/-. On using this unit it is making irritating buzzing noise. Did not find it effective as claimed by them. Still siluffeted mosquito bites and neither did any pests like flies or cockroaches go away.
The product looks cheap has no isi stamp or number, manufacturers name address missing, simple spelling mistakes on instructions on the pest control unit and no instruction leaflet. There is no seal on the unit to ensure it is not tampered.
The observations only show that this is a duplicate version of some imported product. No satisfactory answers to my mail answering my queries.

I had requested for the product understanding the features mentioned in the website. Post ordering the device was delivered next day. Payment was done via cod. Once the product was opened, we were surprised to see the difference in product from the image shown in website. Once the same was connected to the socket, it started generating irritant sound which was totally annoying. The sound was such that pest will remain in house and human will run away.
Request to please help with appropriate action.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

I ordered this product few days ago. I received this product yesterday 23/7/18. What when i opened this product it is very disgusting thing. When i ordered this product but i got different product i got. Its totally different from the advertisement which i got. I want to send back to you this product. You will send me the proper procedure of return this order. Kin dly do the needful as soon as possible.

I have purchase a device of pest & mosquitoes repellent for Rs.480/-. The product received is not the same as shown in their advertisement, and at the same time it does not work at all. I used the device almost whole day in spite of that no fruitful result is found. It emits an unpleasant sound which is enough to create headache if it runs for few minutes. I wrote them to return my money, but the company did not do anything in this regard, neither they pick up phones.

I ordered this machine to see the advertising but this product is not good. Worthless pls return my money. Ek bhi pest bhar nahi gya. Is ka sound bhi bht horable h. Facebook p is type k galat machine k msg sahi nahi h. Koi bhi kaam ki nahi h yhe machine. Pls return my money. Ek msg bhi aaya tha company sai us mai no bhi tha jo mai try kar rahi hu 2din sai but no reply.

You cannot order directly from https://smashingcommerce.com/ it will show you "page not found (404)", it means you can order this product from facebook.com only. The given contact numbers [protected],[protected], [protected] these number doesn't work.
They sent me some crappy plastic device which doesn’t even work. They are making people fool.
I just did the complaint in police. I want everyone who are suffering from this scrap. Kindly do complaint in police.

This company is selling fake pest repellent it does't work. This is also different from the one shown on ad on facebook this machine only creates a lot of sound. This company is cheating people in large quantity because its ads are on facebook and it has made its own website on contact no no customer care i want to return but can't because of no contact number

This is really really sad. If i enquire about return policy, they are telling me that you waste money on many things, this is also like that. Use it for 60 days. Are they stupid? Please send them out of business...

I have ordered a pest repellent machine from smashing commerce .The firm show other product in their site and deliver a different product of cheap quality and it doesn't work .I have ordered it on 16th July and delivered me on 22 July. The firm show that it is noise free but it give too much sound that any person can't bear it. When I was called them it show, the number is wrong and can't be available. It doesn't work also.

I Rajesh Arora want to complain against Smashing commerce Pest Repellent which is fake and their product is not working and no. which they sent on message is also not working Plz beware from them and also my humble suggestion not to this product as it's cost is not more than Rs50/ for which they r charging Rs480/ and u will not found any refund option.
