They advertised different material. They sent 20 rupees worth fraud product instead of 480 rupees. In this product only sound is coming I am going to take legal action against this ecommerce website to protect consumers from this frauds. I am preparing documents for legal action. If they will not take action against this complaint. I will take legal action within a week.

I orderd a pest control device from smaching commerce the product is not good it is of 480rs. but in market same product is of only 70rs.so this company fraud & cheated with me i as a lawyer if my product is not return i ll sue u on court and file a case against u so solve my problem as soon as possible & give my money or product back to me as soon as posssible......

Respect sir, I order a ultrasonic pest repellent from smashing commerce online and my order no.Q6NCR55A62 is this and I get fake product on 21 July and this product is totally different what I booked for and try the company no. many times but they did not respond once as on the no.they send in mail or in courier. They make people fool every day on social site's. Some stuff action should take in them so they should not cheat on persons ....

I have ordered a pest repellent machine. it is delivered today. but it is not at all working and not worth of rupees 480, which i purchased the product with.The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality. Today through the company i have get a duplicate product which is noisy too and quite different with the product which is showing in their website and facebook is advertising this for the company missing.. my 480 rupees has gone waste!

You can see lots of complaint which is 100% same like my complaint when you typed smashing commerce .com on you computer and will see a complaint blog also where so many people is being cheated...

I order a Pest repellent, from Smashing commerce after seeing their advertisement on Facebook. The product and description shown in advertisement are different in reality, the product is very noisy, however in there promotions they are saying it has only ultrasonic sound, which can be heard only by pests, which is not true. I dont see any impact o[censored]sing the product. They have really bad Customer service. They keep on highlighting the "benefits"...

I am Dilip Das, ordered pest repellent from smashing commerce site, worth of rupees 480/-. The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality. No out put at all.
Not even able to find return option and no clear return policy. People are not responding properly....

I purchased an ultrasonic mosquito rats and pest repellent a week ago inthe third week of july 2018 It is not working at all . Not a single lizard rat or other insect can be removed from the room . Its totally fake and doesnt work at all . Return my money and take back your useless product . I am Ratnesh Jaiswal saw an advertisement on Facebook about ultrasonic mosquito, rat, pest repellent which was offering discount. So I ordered 17/07/18 it. But the product that I received 20/07/18
is completely different from what is shown in the ad. Also it makes too much of noise. It's absolutely not possible to use it even for a minute. This is cheating and fraud. I want complete refund of my money. There is no way to contact these...

I brought online pest repellent machine at rs 480/-. From smashing commerce. Ad comes in facebook by tgr name smashing commerce. Product is useless and fake it doesnt work.. Quality also bad. Tried calling them many time but no one is reponding and returning the product.. As they also mentioned if not satisfied will returned the product. But not respond at all....

I wish to cancel the order due to bad reviews and bad experiences of the people who brought this product. The customer service is also not responding. Had purchased a product from smashing commerce on 12th July and i received it on 18th July 18. The product which is delivered is different from which they have shown at their website. The product is too cheap and also it looks like it is of max 50 rs.

I ordered electronic mosquito repellent from the above site after reading over 100 positive posts on Facebook. But the product which just arrived doesn’t look the same as product shown on their web page and is not working either. I have ordered (Order # 271992) on 18th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order i, but they are not canceling option and not picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.
Please ask them to cancel...
