I Khadar Khan purchased pest repellant which I purchased through the Facebook link of www.smashingcommerce.com website . This product is not at all good, worthy and is making sound which unpleasant. I tried to contact them for return but they didn't answer my call. This product is very horrible. So I can't use it. So I would like to return this . They cheated so many members like me. Kindly help me regarding return my money. No response from the party. Thank you.

I ordered the pest repellent but what i see on the box there is car polish which is useless for me. disgusting now i want my money back and take your order fast as possible.
Also customer service manager miss Ankita don't pick up call.
Stop this nonsense and return my cash.

I brought online pest repellent machine at rs 480/-. From smashing commerce. Ad comes in facebook by tgr name smashing commerce. Product is useless and fake it doesnt work.. Quality also bad. Tried calling them many time but no one is reponding and returning the product.. As they also mentioned if not satisfied will returned the product. But not respond at all.

I am Nilesh. I saw an advertisement on Facebook about ultrasonic mosquito, rat, pest repellent which was offering discount. So I ordered 15/07/18 it. But the product that I received 19/07/18
is completely different from what is shown in the ad. Also it makes too much of noise. It's absolutely not possible to use it even for a minute. This is cheating and fraud. I want complete refund of my money. There is no way to contact these people.
This is completely cheating the customers.

Updated by Satko After I posted my complaint, I saw there are many such cases like my case where they too have been cheated by the same company for same product. This reinforces the claim that this company is using unethical ways of selling a product and cheating customers

The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of Rs.50/- and very cheap quality. Not even able to find return option and no clear return policy. People are not responding properly. When I contact the person Ankita (Mobile No.[protected] & [protected]), she just disconnect my calls. I recommend everyone don't buy this kind of product from this kind of site.

Pest repellent product not working it just make a noise which is irritated us not to insects and others animals.
This product either may be not made in good quality or it is fake product whatever if it is possible, kindly return this product and give back my amount .And also please don't advertise this product to use pest repellent

Ihave received a Courier of Pest Repellent machine from Smashing Commerce but they delivered a local product, not the same which is showing on the website. This product market value approx. Rs. 50-100/- only but they charged Rs. 480/- . I don't want this product, please return it and refund Rs. 480/- immediately.

My name is Naveen, I ordered this pest repellent by online on[protected] and i recived it on[protected], I have recieved totally different product which is shown in the website. Its too fake product. and even i recieved mail and message from ANKITA but the call remains unanswered and automatically getting rejected when i try to complaint about it.

The packing was very poor and there is no any instruction slip nothing. totaly waste of 480 rs.

I ordered electronic mosquito repellent from the above site after reading over 100 positive posts on Facebook. But the product which just arrived doesn’t look the same as product shown on their web page and is not working either. It looks so cheap, not even worth Rs.50/- and I bought it for Rs.480/- That too they have mentioned that its worth Rs.1600/- and there is a discount on it. This is not correct. Apparently they have duped thousands of customers like me.

Kindly catch hold of them please.

They are a big fraud.
I want a refund too.

I have ordered (Order #DAHVPRDDKF) on 17th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.
