Hi Iam kiran Pujara I had very worst experience from smashing commerce website, i ordered pest reject machine kn on 11/07/2018 which I got delivered on 16/7/2018. Product is different from what I ordered it's worthless product they sold me for 480rs and not working properly I m trying continuously their numbers, they are not responding, beware of this culprits don't buy anything from them..
I am really disappointed with this purchase and want this site owner to be punished.

It's very bad products.ther is nothing with this products except cheating of your money. I was continues trying to call but all details are fake. It's totally waste of money. So be careful of this company they are cheating money.

Hi I am lalit, I order pest repellent machine. product is different from what i ordered it's worth less product and not working properly. They are not responding.
Be aware of this culprits don't buy anything from them.
Fake product and highly price coted.

I had ordered pest reject 2days back n received it within 24 hours..the product is different from the one shown in their website and it s like the quality that are available on the street plastic shop for Rs 50. I have paid 480Rs for it and totally unworthy..Want to return it but their s no return link in this website.It also make a continuous irritating sound but on the website they ve mentioned as noise less n odorless but it's an irritating noise not comfortable to babies.

I munish purchase Pest Repellant which I purchased through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant.I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So I can't use it. So, I would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... it;s a very bad product this co. cheat me kindly help me ragarding return my money. no responce from party .

Hi,
I have ordered ( o, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

Please cancel my product

I recd order(Order #229199) on 15th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product I recd, was so worst, tried contacting, non of them are responding. A female named Ankitha, msged me saying she is Ankitha G Gowdru with same surname, and told she packed an extra product free of cost as it was cod. Gave her personal number. I recd, there was no product. Trying to reach them. They are not even responding..

Now I realised its fake.. I want to cancel it.. And they r not in the picture anywhere for us to contact. On the receipt of the product I realised they r completely fake.

Very bad product. Too noisy... Charging rs 480/- but it looks like a rs 50/-. Different from what shown in video... Not properly packed. Not a genuine product. I have also lost rs 480/- in this product. I was supposed to some brand item, but the product is simply packed in bubble wrap and in brown box. There is no details of manufacturer, marketer or any other thing.
Makes very loud and irritating noise, though it was claimed that it's sound is inaudible to human ears. It's cheating.

I ordered this product on 6th july 2018 and it was deliverd after 3 days.

This product is not working at all. The product delivered is of very poor quality and completely different then as shown in the site. I want to return the product and want my money back. However they are not replying any phone call or SMS...
Can anybody or any consumer forum help in this matter ?

I think we all should publicised this fraud through Facebook & other social media, so that others remain escape from this fraud company...

Which product i orderd is totally diffrent from the product which i recived by courier on 14/07/2018 the productvqhihbi order was of good quality but which i recived is very cheaper an of no use. Contact num which is provided by this site ob courier packet, called on it severl times but nobody is respinding. Not even anybkind of customes support is provided on website

Have been facing the same issue like everyone else hear of customer care executive not picking up the call. Request you to not deliver the product, as I am no more interested in buying it. I have just now cancelled my order. Please ask your concerned person to not attempt to deliver my order. My Order #196350 to smashing commerce.The order is for Pest reject.
It is not at all similar to the product as shown in their advertisement. It is like road side things sold on handcart with throwaway price.
Moreover its vibration sounds are so loud that its not possible to sit for humans in the house forget to search the pests whether it is repelling or not.
They are giving 60 days moneyback gurantee but now no response from their side.The product is also damaged & not worth Rs 480.I feel cheated & want my money back...

I order a Pest repellent, from Smashing commerce after seeing their advertisement in Instagram. The product and description shown in advertisement are different in reality, the product is very noisy, however in there promotions they are saying it has only ultrasonic sound, which can be heared only by pests, which is not true
also I can't see any impact of the product

The product is not as shown in the add and it is not worthy at all. I booked it on 11th July2018 and delivered on 12th July2018, It not for said use in add, it just like any other room fresheners. I want my money back. Number mentioned in the Communication address with Anikita name is not at all work. I want my money back. They are cheaters.
They do not event allowing to Edit the comments and only fraud complaints designed by them are shown on the website and apart from the cart, once the order is booked and delivered there is no way I can see the information of the product. It is a one page cheating website. I never bought any product without inquiring. By mistake with out inquiring I booked this. They are totally fraud, if I go now and click on Book page not found is coming. My hard earned money is stolen by this fraudsters, I want my money back.

Product delivered is not as shown in advertisement..it produces a loud sound which is unbearable.. and its not worth for price of 480/- .. It's like made of some reusable plastic.. I will not pay 50 rs for this..It's a cheating.. product is not of any use.. kindly take it back.. I want my money back... And yess contact no. Given is not reachable...
