Hi,
I have ordered (Order #126393) on 3rd july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

I am not satisfied "Ultra-Sonic mosquito, Rats and pest repellent" product, order no. 109830, received on 05/7/18. Only led lights showing and sound hearing, but proudct quality is very poor. So I want to return this product. But I am unable to return this product. I contact with "Delivery" Courrier at Tinsukia location for help me but they didn't help regarding the return matter. cancellation of repellent order

Going through Facebook I ordered a pest repellent on 04.07.2018. Thereafter I went through reviews which appears to me something fissy. I received an SMS from Ankita Nandi stated to be Customer Success Manager from Smashing Commerce. Also gave one phone number [protected] and I tried to contact several times. It rang but not responded. Immediately I cancelled the order over several emails but they in stead of cancelling insisted for product...

I am not satisfied your product whose sent me by home deleivery becase its diffrent product from my order, I am very disappointed with the product.
First of all, it is not as nice as shown in their web site. Also, it makes a very shrill noise that we can hear, and it is very irritating! It is not ultrasonic as you advertised. Finally, there was no surprise gift which was supposed to be shipped with the product!

I just received order of pest repellent today .The product quality is very bad. It is not as shown in the promotional video. I m trying to contact them but, non of them are responding. A female named ankita, med messaged me saying she is ankita raina with same surname, and told she will provide free gift also. But there was no such free gift. Gave her personal number. Now she's not responding.
Now i realised its fake.....

The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality. Received the item on[protected] and prima facie i did find it to be very much disgusting to note that:image and appearance of the item is quite different from that appeared in the ad on facebook. It's function is also not noiseless. It is humming like a small buzzer - that is enough to disturb sleep. As informed in message on the day of placing order-package did not contain any free gift inside. Overall i do not appreciate this kind of marketing...
