Invoice# WDFJX5XVF7, Product name - Ultimate Phone Holder, is not what was shown in AD also in first day o[censored]se it broke, hence let me know the procedure to return back and get the refund, Further let me know the address to return the damaged product. Phone holder is defective peice, pls get the refund credit of product.

This duplicate product being supplied different from show picture and video while taking order.

After seeing advertisment from facebook i order one piece and paid Rs.499/- at receiving. but this product is totally different from the image /Video which is uploaded by them on facebook also received piece is damaged. this is not the correct way to sell the product.

There was no order number, there was no contact weblink and product cost 499 but it seems like local 50rs product available at road side shops
The ad was of a mobile holder which is rigid and strong.
Mainly it can be tilted, expandable and looks like a standard product
The received product is cheap looking, not tiltable, not expandable, the product is entirely different in every sense even by its look it is entirely different
I need a refund as soon as possible.
It is the second time from the same company
The same issue was reported Early amd there was no response
But this time i am thinking about filing a case in consumer court.
Immediate response required before i take other action.

My order id is 6RFVM2M76A for a mobile holder (stand) ordeed on 1th o june 2019 I received the product today but the quality of the product is not even considerable let alone good, so I would like to get my refund on the same as soon as possible since I would not be using it.

I had ordered a ultimate phone holder and I received the product . The product was too bad and it was not a good quality product for that price. Hence I tried to return on that day but there was no option shown to return the product and today when I tried to return the product it shows before 24hrs. I really want to return ultimate phone holder as soon as possible. It's just waste of money.

Placed the above order on 07-may-19 for phone holder and they were very quick to delivery however, the quality of the product is no where near to the product shown on the web site. I tried to call them not connecting (seems to be a fake number) and send them a mail at [protected]@bestphonemount.In requesting them to take the product back and return the money immediately.

Seems to be a fraud company ... Keep on changing the contact number and even email ids!

I ordered for the above product through their ad on facebook on COD basis on 8th Jun'19, which showed a sleek product with specific features. The product received on 9th Jun'19 is very different from the one shown in the ad and ordered by me, both in looks and in it's functioning. It seems to be locally produced rough copy of the product which does not have all the features described in the advertisement. Not only that, the response on phone number shown on the invoice is that it is an incorrect number. This looks like a case of deceiving the consumer through false advertising. I can't find a way to request them for a refund since there is no website address also.

I need to return the product and seek a refund of Rs. 500.- paid for the same.

So many companies are giving ads through Facebook, product videos also poblicing on it. Peoples were attracting towards some items and placing orders also. But it was observed that, some items were reaching at customer is differ to ads item. Example.. company name: Smashing commerce Pvt Ltd.. was posted his product name Ultimate phone holder for cars, after giving order, they send me some other item, which was totally differ from advertised item. No one is responding the mails, contact no. was given in invoice. [protected], which is a wrong number. Please be aware for this company.

I M shocked to see your product PHONECID-COD WHEN i opened it. It looks like a very cheap looking item which has no grace or mobility.The product shown in ad. looks very sophisticated and the working was also very enchanting.I even can not think you could do such thing to any on line customer. I am totally dissatisfied with it and only have a big " NO" for it. I don't know you people are really genuine and will stand on you words as it has been mentioned in advertisement also that within 60 days you will take the product back and return the money if the customer us not satisfied . I don't want to say more but I am simply very much shocked to see how can any one to this to a customer knowing that in today's time any type of misleading will put you in troubles. So if you really work on good terms I want you to take this cheap thing back and return my money.
