Smashing Commerce — mobile holder for car SP Gupta, Pune ordered one mobile holder for car after watching an advertisement in Facebook, but unfortunately the product I received is completely different and of poor quality, not worth even RS 100/-. I couldn't even fix it on dash board of my car. I want to return it. will you please arrange for return and refund my money of 499. I think some action has to be taken to remove the advertisement in Facebook as well so that thousands of people should not be cheated like me. Hope you understand the issue and will resolve it soon by getting it collected from my address and return money

I ordered one mobile holder for car after watching an advertisement in facebook. But the product i received is completely different and of poor quality. Can you please arrange for return and refund of my money of 499. I think some action has to be taken to remove the advertisement in facebook as well so that thousands of people should not see that and gent cheated like me. I have ordered a phone mount for rs.499/-
The product delivered to me is totally different from the product which was shown in the advertisement and the quality of the product is also very poor. So i had requested them to take back the product and refund the amount.

But they are not refunding the amount to me.
Kindly help us to get back my money.

Delivered wrong product. Address and contact number mentioned in the parcel is not working.
The product showed while purchase and product delivered is different. When I try to return the product, number mentioned is incorrect and not working.
Attached the actual product received photo, product showed during the sales photo and courier bill copy attached.

Pls take action against the fraud sales company and help me to get my money back.

The contact number is wrong and does not exist and the product delivered is totally different than one shown in video.

There is no contact available to return this product and get back my money or even contact by email or website.

This complaint is regarding the order my father has made in smashing commerce a couple of day back, order number for your reference is z5qw5axhpv and tax invoice number is also the same. I would like to let me know the return procedure for the about mentioned order number as the quality of the product is very poor. The item seems to not worthing more than 50 inr, it also seems like a used one. So, i'm raising a return request, please either intiate the return request from your end taking this mail in to consideration. Else, you can also reply back on the same with detials of return procedure, but one thing is very clear the quality of the product is very poor so there's no option of we using this.

I didn't like the product but which product i see isn't product like same this. So it duplicate to refund my money. I saw the best phone mount product. What is the [protected]@bestphonemount product. Why the product is duplicate. Tel me about this. The complain is successfully applicable? Yes or no! And my money is refund my bank account in 7 day's. At the time of replace the complain.

This is like a local product. Waste of money, the package was also waste. I will be happy if you resolve my problem by refunding my money... Or as you suggest... Please take necessary action asap... Smashing commerce pvt. Ltd is a total fraud company. I ordered mobile phone holder seeing video which they have posted on facebook. The product delivered is ordinary mobile holder which we can get for 50 rupees.
They have charged 499 rs for this. Contact no. Given on invoice is incorrect and they don't have any other contact no. As well. I am going to file a complain with consumer court against this company. Also urging others not to order any thing from this fraud company

Ordered phone mount from your site.. Did not liked the quality at all. Product shown in advertisement is totally different from what we received. I[censored] see it's functioning, it's material both are worthless. I m completely dissapointed from the product. It seems like cheated. Not worth of money. I want to return phone mount. Better not to sell this kind of cheap stuff

Phone mount i received is broken and of very poor quality and does not resemble on any account with the promised advertisement. It is not even worth to rupees 100/- already mailed two time but no reply although they claimed will reply within 24hours. Phoned continuously for 45minutes but no reply. I think it is a fraud company and should be reported to the police.

I ordered a phone mount worth rs.499 from their website. But what i received was totally different and not even close to what was shown on the website. The quality of the product is very low.
