I ordered a phone mount worth rs.499 from their website. But what i received was totally different and not even close to what was shown on the website. The quality of the product is very low. And it doesn't even stick properly to surfaces. Totally not worth the money spent. I tried contacting the phone number mentioned, but it is not a valid contact number. So,

Received product is not as per order and as per shown in add. Pls send the same product or refund the money. Product is not satisfactory. Your customer care number is not mentioned due to which customer can't call directly to supplier. The product shown in advertisement was expandable and actual received product is not expandable. Shown product was movable in 360 degree and received product is not such as shown.

Ordered phone mount from your site.. Did not liked the quality at all. Product shown in advertisement is totally different from what we received. I[censored] see it's functioning, it's material both are worthless. I m completely dissapointed from the product. It seems like cheated. Not worth of money. I want to return phone mount. Better not to sell this kind of cheap stuff

I bought a mobile holder for rs 500 from smashing commerce web site. The product i received is totally broken and of very cheap quality. There is no return/replace portal or customer care service available. The product is returnable with in 30 days of purchasing the product. Since there is no portal for return request and no customer car number found. When i went through the customer care site, there were lot of complaints for fake mobile holder and fraud.

The contact number is wrong and does not exist and the product delivered is totally different than one shown in video.

There is no place where i can speak to or even contact by email or website.

I have purchased the best phone mount from you and i want to return the same as the quality of the product is very bad and sub-standard as compared to the price of the product. I have also mailed to ankita, mailing address provided by you at site. Please arrange to take the article and refund my money or i will have to move to consumers court. Thanks kamal jeet singh.

Are you guys 100% face as your product, i ordered for phone holder as per shown in website but the one i received is of poor quality and totally different there is no extender it looks like as if i bought from road side shop for 50rs.

Contact me asap before i ask my lawyer file fraud complaint in police station and complaint in consumer court.

Supplied product is very bad. Absolutely not usable. I bought in ₹500.
Contact no:[protected] is invalid. Accepted Return time shown was 60days, but seems fraud now.
I want to return it immediately as and when I received it. Product is made of recycled plastic and does not have grip to hold the weight of mobile.

The Contact number is wrong and does not exist. Secondly, product delivered is totally different than one shown in video. Thirdly, as name suggests, it should hold Mobile phone, but if does not hold phone, nor does it stay attached to the base where it is fixed in car.

I was order pest resistant as me shown in the sight with offer price 380 at that rime i order it but on receiving the parcel i pay the 380 rupees but when i open the parcel the product which i order is not same. It some thing else home protector so i want to replace it the second image is the original product which i order so pl z send me the organization product or take it back thank

This pest repellent produces a very irritating sound similar to crickets which is so noisy that in a few seconds, it gives me headaches, nausea and dizziness and i have to turn it off. My doctor has also advised me not to use it to avoid that sickening feeling. So i have hardly used it for 2 days. Where as in their ad they had claimed that it's sound frequency/decible is so low that it can only be sensed by pests and is not at all audible by humans and even children can sleep peacefully without any disturbance

I informed them about the problem i was facing but ignoring my health concerns they advised me to keep using it for 60 days to get used to it and if still the problem persisted they would return my money as they have customer satisfaction policy in their company.

Therefore i request you to. Kindly. Arrange something that i can return it to them and get my ₹480/- back.

Ankita wadhwa, 'customer success manager' also communicated through this emails before delivery and gave her directl number in case of any problem +91-[protected] but she never picks up the phone.

I purchased a product ultra-sonic mosquito, rat,
And pest repellen order after seeing ads on face book. The item was received by me on cash on delivery. There is no proper invoice but in the name of invoice a paper is pasted on the pack. After unpacking the item i found it defected & not that product how shown me on ur website. It is useless product. Now they are not attending my call as i demanded refund. I post an email which was not answered. Request you for getting refund. Defected item. I also complain regarding this fraud on national complaint center. Plz refund my money.

Pets replent, i want to return this product and in nigh the family members are disturbed. So take it from me and refund my money. No insects are left my home from this voice. I ordered 2 mosquito and pest repellent. As described on facebook i thought that product would be useful and before ordering i also read the reviews and comments on fb

Gentle request to fb kindly blacklist this kind of advertisement as because of fb platform people are fooled.

Second kindly collect the product and return my 780 inr, it's my hard earned money. And pls you people stop fooling.
With this product i was very excited at first glance so i plugged in near my kitchen balcony as their i saw lizard and some insects, i thought by plugging, lizard would get irritated and atleast for instance she would disappear after almost 2 hours when i checked lizard was their!!

Pest Repellent which was sent to me will not cost more than Rupees 75-100 but they charged 380. Moreover, product which showed while purchasing is totally different than what was sent to us. I need refund, you can arrange pick up, would return it. Not at all satisfied. I attached both the pics, what was shown while buying it online, what was actually sent to us. I want to return, kindly provide me my 380rs.
