Purchased pest repellent after seeing ads on face book. The item was received by me on cash on delivery. There is no proper invoice but in the name of invoice a paper is pasted on the pack. After unpacking the item i found it defected. Now they are not attending my call as i demanded refund. Plz refund my money and take your product back. This is a fake product.

I received your product today. The product you shown and what i received is totally different. After fixing it gives a irritating noise which bothers us a lot. You cheaters 380 is not a small amount take back your worthless product as soon as possible and refund our money. People please don't buy this product waste of money.. I don't know how much current it will consume.

This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita ashar is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 380 for it. They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

It's a worst product. Fake product. It's not working. I want to my money rs.380. I ordered the another model product but, i received the duplicate pest repellent. First one is when it's come it's a damaged. Second one it's not a original product. It's a toy product. Its not working properly. I am not satisfied this product. So, please give me my money back.

I ordered pro polish but they sent mosquito repellent i want my money back please resolve my issue. I have given the payment to the site but i didnt find any complaining or return policy on smashing commerce they have sent mosquito repellent in place of pro polish it is the worst website that i had i request you to kindly resove the issue.

Pls return my pro polish which is received today n licked condition. When i recieive the packet from delivery boy after payment of rupees 480 cash & open the packet o[censored]pper polypack of pro polish i saw that a papper pack inside it & its surface was totaly liquid licked pack. I open the papper pack n saw that the white cream like substance attached inside wall of papper pack. Bottle was licked.

I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. They charged me 380 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls.

Hi i am mata deen rai. I have ordered a pest repellent from smashing commerce but the product is not in working condition as received by us. This is a fake product. It does not kill insects or bugs. This is very irritating and not working product. So we want to return the product. Kindly cancel the order and return the money otherwise wait for the consequences which will not be in your favor.

The worst product i have received from a online company. When you zoom the lens there is no focus. No clarity. The object is not visible. The quality of my phone camera is far better but if you fixed the lens on the the phone the images becomes blur but in the advetise it's complete opposite. The company has misguided the customer a complete fraud. You can take back the product and i want my money back or i am going to the consumer court to file a complaint. Rs 600is not a small amount for this product

I purchased a pest repellent, and received the product. I would like to brind the following :

1. What is saw the product image in the ad it is defferent, the same is not sent, a small different type i received.

2. After switching the unit, the indicator is lighting, no any action or sound or beep is coming in the unit. Totally it is not working.

3. It is waste of money and its 100% bogus,

4. The unit is not worth for rs. 380, the unit which you sent to me is available on footpath for only 50 rs.

5. If you are prompt about your business, return my money.
