Sir i had ordered pest repeller from smashing commerce on dt.29 th june they send the item from geek retail pvt ltd. Bangalore by c. O. D for rs.480/- i had paid amount but the product was very cheap item it is worth of rs.75/- and not working i was informed to return and refund my amount there is no reply. I had returned the item on dt.23 july to geek retail pvt ltd., bangalore by d. T. D. C courier for rs.70/-courier charges and so many times informed to smashing commerce for refund of return item total amount rs.550/- with courier charges till to day (21 st october) they cannot send my refund amount. This product is very bad and noisy to hear and also its not same which i saw in advertise and pictre, so please accept the return and make refund.                 I purchased a pest repellent from smashing commerce website through face book ad on 5.10.18. The product delivered is entirely different from the product shown in the fb ad. The product does not satisfy the main use of it, even after switching it on lizards and cockroaches are still there. The product looks like a toy not as if like a pest repellent.                                   I have ordered (Order id sh52mxjgz) on 4th oct 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
                                  This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
                                  Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 599 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

                                      Package was all leaky inside when I opened. The plastic bottle had nothing inside because the seal was also broken. Now I sent them an email, because the mobile nos. provided in the package and of the so called Ankita is not accessible. They now respond to my mail to send a video which is if 10secs which is impossible because the size was way above 60mb. So I finally edit and compress the video and send. Yet they still keep sending the same response about the old link of the package being shipped. Sucks!!

                                        Address: 560049

                                        I have ordered only one product but got two products on different days. I was away home and hence delevary boy handed to my brother who was not aware and took money. The product I got is not at all working and this 2nd one is more like a waste of money. Situation become worst when Customer executive is not responding. I want the refund for both the product. Please help me to get refund.
