Smashing Commerce — car mobile holder quality issues

My order id is 6RFVM2M76A for a mobile holder (stand) ordeed on 1th o june 2019 I received the product today but the quality of the product is not even considerable let alone good, so I would like to get my refund on the same as soon as possible since I would not be using it.

I hope you will understand and solve my problem immediately otherwise I would have to take some hard steps.
