I, yogesh kumar, ordered pest repellent worth rs. 480.

The item is delivered to me today at approx 10 a. M. The box when opened (Made video), the item is found damaged from base of its plug pin and also it's not the same or similar product as shown in the advertisement. It seems like local made item worth rs. 50

I want to return it & my money back.

Can' you please tell me, how to return this product.what is the process.you guys cheated me in the web site showed me one product and delivered one more product.

Please explain me how to return this product .I want my money back else I will go forward to take severe action.
