I ordered a product ( pest repeller )through e.purchase on one Delhi based company named Smashing Commerce on 04/06/2018 my order no.[protected]Value of Rs480.From that company one lady named Smt.Akita call me and conform my address and sent me 2 messages on 08/06/2018 telling my order has been shipped with a free gift.
Today ( 12/06/2018) I recvd a parcel through a courier service from Kalluvathukkal (Kollam). I opened the same and I surprised to see that the parcel contained a car polish (Bottle) and a face wash ( tube). I ordered the item on COD basis so I paid the above value of Rs.480/ to the courier service.
So I request to consider this fraud and please take action against the company. I am a senior citizen also . Please try to get back my hard earned money from that fake company and obliged.
