Smashing Commerce — delivered fake product

Hi,
I ordered this product on 12th july 2018 and it was deliverd on 14th july 2018.
My order id : Q53VZMCPAV
Invoice number : Q53VZMCPAV
The product is not working at all. Also the product delivered is of very poor quality and completely different then as shown in the site. I want to return the product and want my money back. However they are not replying to the email.
