Smashing Commerce — delivered wrong product

I have ordered ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent on 31/7/2018. It was cost of rs.480. But they are delivered wrong product. I was ordered one, but delivered another product. It is a worst quality of local product.
Even i have tried lot of times, but i can't able communicate with them. They are did not receive my call and won't reply for my mail.

I am Gopakumar from Kerala, Trivandrum ordered an Pest Repellent tax invoice number: WTSQNDBTN6
Smashing Commerce making fools to people by showing pest reject product and delivering some cheap product of Rs.40-50.
And people like us becoming fool.
An strong action should take against this kind of fake product sellers.

This product is volume is so high and not satisfied this product so replace product and return to money please pick up your product
