Smashing Commerce — fake company customer care number do not work

Today the product was delivered and when i pulgged it in it started making annoying noise and one cannot tolerate it. Mosquito was hovering aorund it.
When i tried to reach customer care numbers ([protected] and [protected]) it rigs once and disconnects, this looks to be the numebrs are not receiveing any call. I have not paid till now they said they will collect it at 3pm.

I do not know how to tackle it.

If they take the product back i do not have any problem. But if they do not i am in soup.

Updated by Sanjeev Saha now the person came and taken the money Rs380 and did not want to take the product as it was open.

I do not know how to get the money back.

may I request you to help on this?
