Smashing Commerce — fake & poor quality of product received.

We had ordered the car accessory mobile phone stand... (Order id SGG25BXHN). I received it today 7/6/19. I found the quality of this product is very poor and we are very disappointed. We got very bitter Experience.Please let we know the return procedure. It looks like a very cheap looking item which has no grace or mobility as shown in ad. I think some action has to be taken to remove the advertisement in facebook as well so that thousands of people should not see that and gent cheated like me. Hope you understand the issue and hope you will resolve it soon...
