Order id: j6rvf3k2dv delivered on 15 oct 19. Complaint through email registered on 17 oct, 02 nov, 04 nov and subsequently also. But company is not taking back the totally defective product and not returning the smt of rs 399 charged thru cod. The company rep said that item eill be replaced if found defective and asked me to use it for some more time and try. Now its been more than 2 months but the company has even stopped responding to emails.
