I purchased a product vide order id 5szpm7vrcw dt. 12 nov2018 pest repellent after seeing ads on face book. The item was received by me on cash on delivery. There is no proper invoice but in the name of invoice a paper is pasted on the pack. After unpacking the item i found it defected & not that product how shown me on ur website. It is useless product. Now they are not attending my call as i demanded refund. I post an email which was not answered. Request you for getting refund. Defected item. I also complant regarding this fraud on national complaint center complant no. 1009813. Plz refund my payment rs. 380. My mobile no. [protected]
